I just wanted to say Trisha is absolutely amazing she’s not a sales person but after buying your car she’s absolutely wonderful and so helpful and honest she’s the sweetest thing ever!!! she should definitely be a sales person I’d come to her any day Steve (the salesman) is also good and helpful and will get you in and out with no problem!❤️

Amazing customer service. He had the paperwork done extremely quickly and professionally. They helped me get into something that I could not get into @ any other dealership!! Hands down if you have any kind of credit issues that are tying you up at the bank… just come here!!! I could have saved months of disappointment and stress if I had came here first! I am writing to express deep concern regarding the treatment my adult child and her fiancé received at your dealership. Their experience reflected what appeared to be clear bias and discriminatory assumptions. They were treated as though they did not have valid driver’s licenses and were questioned in a manner that implied they lacked the financial ability to purchase a vehicle. Most shockingly, they were told they would need to purchase a car before being allowed to test drive it, which is not standard practice and raises serious concerns about how they were being judged. This type of treatment is unacceptable. Customers should not be profiled or treated differently based on assumptions. Everyone deserves equal respect, transparency, and professionalism when making such an important purchase. I urge leadership to take this matter seriously, investigate the incident, and implement better training to prevent this from happening to others. In these times in the world today racially profiling is beyond me and disgusting and leave your political and racism at the door at a job that's in the middle of city like Toledo!!!
