Purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKC. Mark was very professional and guided me through the whole process. Even though it was the end of the business day and they were closing, he still took the time to go over all the paperwork and everything I needed to know about the car. He wasn't rushing to get out of there because it was the end of the day. He answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease about the whole process. He worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my payment and the term of the loan. They have a lot of really nice cars and they are all from reputable dealer trade ins, so I knew I wasn't getting "rebuilt title" car or a flood car. I was getting quality. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pre owned vehicle and wants a quality car.

Bought a 2010 Toyota Prius. Mark was upfront about it being a taxi and that it was run night and day. Worked with me on the price, let me take it to have my mechanic check it out and even got me a brand new battery when I told him the one that was in the vehicle wasn’t holding a charge.

The guy that sell us the car (not Mark) made multiple mistakes with paperwork that took an extra 15 minutes just to buy the car. The dealer said they would fix the window, and it has been a month and the "part" has yet to arrived. Additionally, it took the dealer more than 2 weeks to get the paperwork for the title of the car to be finished even though we paid more than 300 dollars for them to handle the paperwork. Mark was not there, thus, I have never interacted with him. This review is based on the worker that I worked with when buying my car. One good thing is that the dealership is willing to negotiate and help you a little bit.
