Very humbling experience with these gentleman. Me and my son's experience with this car lot really allowed us to see that there are still good people in this world. It has been a long process trying to get my 18 year old son in his first car. As a parent you want to make sure the car they choose is safe. We went to another car lot and put down a deposit and was supposed to return the next day to pick up the car. After hearing about Go Auto,we decided to check it out before we purchased the car at the other car lot. My son test drove a Chrysler 200 and loved it! I asked him how did he feel driving it,and he said "I feel at Peace." So we decided to move forward with the purchase. I told Kevin the gentleman who helped me that we would return after I go to get the deposit that we put down at the other car lot. "They wouldn't refund us the money." I called Kevin to let him know what happened and told him we weren't gonna be able to move forward,and we ended the call. I was gonna go ahead and get the car being that they wouldn't refund the deposit. A few moments later Kevin called and said, "Don't sign anymore paperwork with them,we want to help you out with still getting this car for your son." And he did excalty what he said he would do! My son has his first car and I as a mother feel at peace. If you're looking to purchase a car, I recommend Go Auto. This is a honest car lot with good people.

The warranty is not what it seems. They make the repairs at their lot so they can charge anything they want. They jack up the price of the job, so when they tell you you're only paying half, you're actually paying the full amount of the repair. On top of that it takes them days to finish a repair. The customer service is okay. The prices of the vehicles are pretty high for what you get but it's a "buy here pay here" and they're all like this.

There locally known and just as sneaky as any other business no matter if you stay in contact and honest they still DNT care. You can make arrangements to pay in full by midnight and they sneak & take the car hours before w.o any warning or notice!!!!!!I wouldnt suggest leasing a car fromTHEM GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!after this car is paid off I will NEVER go back there to get another car and we had planned on it but after this slick move we're cool we will pay the car off cuz we are half way there but after tht theyWILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN rather go to get a car off of cragslist better place to find cars!!!! If I could give this place a -5 I TRULY thought this locally owned business was better than the rest til they pulled their sneak move even after communicating. I will not be referring any of my friends or family to this local owned business!!!!!!IM TRULY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BUSINESS CONMUNICATION MEANS NOTHIN TO THIS PLACE SO THEY WNT HAVE TO WRRY BOUT IT LESSON LEARNED CAR WILL BE GETTIN PAID OFF & U WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANY OF MINES OR MY FAMIIES BUSINESS & I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GIVING ANY GOOD REFERRALS ABOUT THIS PLACE JUST BY THIS 1 ACTION!!!!!! They took my car Saturday @1 had the payment in by 230 pm like agreed to and they snuck and took it the day before a winter storm we're we got like 10 inches of snow thts the other part of the story tht makes their action cold hearted & no morals!!!!!! Cnt wait til this car is paid off so tht we wnt EVER have to deal with this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!-5 and lower DNT go here!!!!! Jus as bad as Nationwide auto!!!!!!!!

Becareful sneaky stuff going on there keys dont match with car had to go dealership to get after couple days wouldn't work on my car .. then found out the bottom of car had been welded just car fax the what ever you get

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The Ford Edge my daughter got was a nightmare from the beginning. One problem after another, and not very pleasant people to deal with. Not very LGBTQ friendly. And they would not let her trade up for 12 months. They made that rrule because they know they sell people lemons
