Do not trust this place!!! I bought a 2017 dodge journey in December, traded in my truck the guy failed to mention that the journey had ac issues, brake issues and now starter issues, and now gps issues. That they wont fix. They keep telling me yo contact my finace company n when i do they tell me its a gps failure on why its not starting, so next month i wont be making a payment and I’ll remove everything that ive put on and in this car. They play games way to much and wont fix the issues with the vehicles. Ive called, get no answers, texted, no answers, messenger theyll end up blocking you if theyre guilty, learnt that the hard way

My daughter who is widowed and has 6 children bought a vehicle from here. Told them she needed something reliable for work and for driving her children in. It died on Anthony Wayne trail on the 34th day of owning it. Called laskey auto was told by whomever answered call the warranty company. Had it towed to a Chrysler dealership and was told it has catastrophic engine failure! After weeks of waiting was now told it would be $16,400 to replace engine. The warranty company is only covering $3800, tried calling Laskey auto but of course no one answers or returns calls! Absolutely the worst used car dealer!! Sells garbage to people and smiles while doing so. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Would of given 0 stars but wouldn't let me!! Funny you comment she was gifted a warranty and to call for help only for no one to answer or return her calls. The dealership gave a price of $16.500 to replace engine and warranty only wants to cover $3800!!!

So I naught this car on march 18 2026 when test driving I told him some thing is wrong with this car( 2019 dodge charger) he said oh no worries I know what it is illl fix it first red flag so I bought the car 1500 down got the loan for 15000 dollars next day I take it back tell him I got a diagnostics and it said that the sensors 1 and 2 was bad needed replaced he took the car for 2 days told me it was fixed did another diagnostics and still they are bad he knowingly lied to me sold me a car that needs 1900 dollars worth of work now I’m not even telling you about the breaks and inner and outer tie rods this man is a scam artist and he sells lemons to hard working people whe depend on have a great running car I have left him messages tries to talk to him he refuses to contact me back I’m in the process of suing him he selling me a lemon thank god the year of my car allows me to proceed so please be aware of him

Was interested in a ‘23 white Jeep here. I told owner I wanted to check to see how much insurance would be before buying. I said I need to think on it. Owner came to my house to see my old Sebring and said it’s not worth more than 1k - talked me into giving him $100. To “hold the Jeep” and when I asked is this refundable he said yes! He lied! I called texted BEGGED for some or all of my $100. Back becuz I decided it was not gonna work with my social security income & pmt. With car insurance (too much $ for me a single woman)- I couldn’t afford it! He still REFUSED wouldn’t even give me $50. Of the 100. Back! I went in person he STILL told me no! Avoid this place like a heart attack! Liar in charge! Now my Christmas is not gonna be as good for sure! 😞😡
