Honestly, cannot say enough good things about this car lot. I absolutely hate car shopping. Anyone who has ever went. Car shopping knows how long and a terrible process that can be but not with this place, they bring you in they make you feel like family. My sales person went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find the right vehicle for my company that fits all of our needs honestly, couldn’t be more happy with my purchase and the customer service I received from these guys when I’m ready to upgrade my personal vehicle. I will definitely be coming back. my company‘s truck broke down and I was on the verge of not having a vehicle to do jobs. They went above and beyond to help me get my business back up and running, and I appreciate you guys here more than you ever will know.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from them and have nothing but good things to say and today is no exception brought a family member of mine in that was facing very hard times and on top of everything else he’s going through his vehicle that he’s been driving blew up so I brought him into Royal one today and Jackie took exceptional care of us made sure she stayed past closing time and went above and beyond to make sure he got into something reliable and approved for a great rate again, I would recommend these people to anyone who is looking for a vehicle they treat you like family not just another Customer

She genuinely cares and will do whatever she can to help you get into a car that works for you. The lot is always moving, one day it’s full and the next it’s almost empty, which just shows how many people trust them. We’ve loved all three of our vehicles, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. This place is a rip-off. They are a B lot, who keeps changing their name so they can continue to take advantage of the uneducated. This company is not in your best interest and they will be your downfall if you do not educate yourself on this company. Charging individuals an additional $5000 on a vehicle, costing $5000 from the beginning. They are able to charge their customers WHATEVER THEY WANT ON THE DOLLAR, when dealing with the tax portion. You will pay your vehicle off and still be paying because of the back tax over charge. Again, this company is not in your best interest and they are banking, literally BANKING on your lack of knowledge on purchasing a vehicle. They are totally up charging individuals on vehicles that have over 120,000 miles as if they are brand new. I refuse to rate this company because, they are less than and should be shutdown. I have to rate, otherwise I can't post my review 😡
