I brought my motor vehicle here last Saturday expecting and instructing them to clean it and they even mentioned they do car washes. But they did none of the two. I brought it in as there is grass in the grill, near the radiator but it was not touched along with my car which was not washed even if I have told them that I would like it washed as they offered that. They will only choose what they actually want to do and are just fast when it comes to payment. It’s the nearest Hyundai to my location but it seems I’d rather go elsewhere as they can’t even do something as simple as cleaning a motor vehicle not following simple instructions. I specifically told them I brought my motor vehicle because it fell through a ditch and wanted the grass out besides having it checked. Disappointing service. Update on August 18, 2025. Sir Luke Bentley has contacted me personally and made sure that my motor vehicle was cleaned off especially the grass from the radiator and also updated the software of my motor vehicle, free of charge. Thus, because of this, I will definitely be going back here in the future due to how dedicated, understanding and diligent he is when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

I had a very positive experience visiting this dealership recently. The process was transparent and easy to navigate, which I truly appreciate. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't apply any unnecessary pressure, allowing me to look at their inventory at my own pace. The showroom was well-maintained and professional. We made an appointment to install a roof rack for a roof top tent and were told the longest the parts would take to arrive would be a week, so an appointment was more than a week in advance. The gentleman we spoke with looked up the parts that he said we would need to order and said he service and parts would need to collaborate and explained the front to back supports would be installed in one department and the crossbars in another. I received an appointment confirmation that said roof molding was ordered. We didn't need roof molding. My spouse and I called every day multiple times and never got a call back until Saturday after hours when the individual said he would have to talk to the manager to make it right and explained we would hear back Monday morning. Our appointment was for 0830 and we weren't able to speak to someone until after the appointment time passed when a manager called my wife to let us know that they screwed up on their end. We let him know that we already had all of our reservations across the Pacific Northwest for the next two weeks (including where a couple tents on the ground were recently attacked by animals). He explained that the Hyundai is only rated for 200lbs and can't handle a rooftop tent and went on to explain how dangerous it was and that they can't do the roof rack install. He went on to explain that they had no vehicles with roof racks they could even loan to us. So after days of repeated calls we finally heard back (too late) to be told they can't and won't help and will do nothing to make good on their initial agreement to install a roof rack.
