Valley Imports | New & Pre-Owned Car Dealership

I just want to say nothing but a fantastic experience at valley imports, as a young person who usually would be totally age discriminated at other dealerships. I truly felt like from the start that VI treated me seriously and took care of all my needs even though I was looking for around 6 months before I pulled the trigger. Huge shout out to Josh Pounder just an incredibly nice salesperson can truly tell he is an enthusiast when it comes to cars, and that made the whole buying process a lot more fun! Now I haven’t dealt with service yet here but I’ll update my review once that comes around. But 10/10 would recommend all my friends and family to valley imports, great dealer, great staff!

Honestly, pretty chill. Very low pressure. Brayden was great. I did not at all expect anything but a terrible experience buying a used car, but I was pleasantly surprised. Say no to the extras at the end and you'll have an alright time. 👍

Levi and Marshal were great to work with when purchasing my new VW. I was in a time crunch with family from out-of-state visiting and a recently totaled vehicle and Levi and Marshal did a wonderful job expediting everything as much as they could. Loved the no extra BS that comes with purchasing a new vehicle from the dealer- they just listened and worked with me to get me what I wanted in a timely manner!

Valley Imports was easy to work with when I made my decision to make the move over from leasing a Toyota for the last 12 years. Todd and Tyler were very informative and provided information on leasing that I had not been made aware of with my previous years of leasing with the other company. I was very impressed with their honesty. I was also impressed that they are definitely not pushy at Valley Imports. The finance part was easy and a lot quicker than the place i had been leasing from. I also got a tour of the facility and met the service and parts departments. I've found my new leasing home for many years to come! The customer service at Valley Imports is to notch!

Horrible experience multiple times bringing our VWs to Valley imports. Multiple trips to get the same issues repaired. When calling the service department the phone rings and rings, if someone answers I get transferred to a different person only to hear there voice box is full and then click. Left multiple messages with the service manager but no call back. Obviously no care in the world about customers. We own 2 VWs, One is a 2021 and one is a 2025 Jetta. If we had a good dealer in the area I would buy another but no way with the poor service we have recieved. Reported them to VW but still no calls from the dealer.
