Josh and John stayed in contact and worked as a team to meet all my vehicle needs. I'm a picky person but they made the experience so easy for me and flawless.
Josh and Josh, I called them Josh squared, were wonderful to work with and made my first car buying experience amazing.
We recently had the opportunity to work with Josh Pounder when buying our 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander. Josh, as well as all that we worked with during the experience, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He went the extra mile to coordinate the extra requests we had with our purchase. Thanks for a great customer service!
Everything went so good with this deal, I am so amazed. This was so awesome! Thank you for everything. I will be seeking to continue this relationship for many years to come.
This was my first visit trying to find a Mitsubishi dealership for recall services and my experience was very pleasant and satisfying. I do not have a long history as yet to fairly give additional feedback, but in my future need for transmission fluid changes and engine services, I have no hesitation in choosing Valley Import.
