This is my second vehicle purchase from Elite Motors. I've had a great purchasing experience each time and have been very satisfied with the quality of the vehicle for the price. What I like about the options on the lot, is he picks well taken care of vehicles with great miles. Rindell, has been very upfront both purchases and made sure everything checked to our liking making our experiences and purchases great. He has been easy to work with and allowed us an appropriate time necessary to buy with no high pressure sale. I highly recommend Rindell, at Elite Motors.

We purchased our mini van from Elite Motors in January, and had a great experience from start to finish. Loved the number of pics on the website and all the details given, so we didn't have to waste time on vehicles that didn't have what we were looking for. The owner even helped us figure out who to talk to at the bank for financing, making the whole buying process very easy and quick! We would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends looking for vehicles!

I just recently bought a SUV from Elite Motors with 91,100 miles on it. Within the 1st 3 days it didnt start up. I called Elite Motors & talked to Greg who said he'll take care of it for me, which he did. I had to get it towed to the garage he recommended located down the block from the car lot. After they fixed it I noticed a leak & brought it to Valvoline. They told me the Power steering fluid was leaking out pretty bad so I than called Elite Motors & he sent me back to the garage to get it looked at. The garage told me I needed a new power steering pump & Elite Motors will only pay half of the bill. All in all we had to bring in our new SUV twice within 2 weeks of paying $21k for it. I'm actually on my way to pick up my vehicle now. Elite Motors paid for the 1st trip to the garage which cost a little over $500 & paid only half for the 2nd trip to the garage which altogether cost around $850. In the end I only paid $400 . It's still a hassle because nobody expects coming out of pocket for repairs within 2 weeks of buying there vehicle that's why I give Elite Motors only 3 stars. They would've got 5 stars if it didnt break down & need 2 repairs within 2 weeks.

Bought a 2021 car with 21,000 miles on it. I asked and was told it had a fresh oil change and the cars oil life had been reset to 100%. Well, I put a few hundred miles on the car and one day decided to familiarize myself under the hood. I pulled the dipstick to find the oil was below the add and dark. The oil had not been changed. This could have resulted in catastrophic engine failure had I not investigated. When I informed them they said, well we assumed it had been changed as the lady who owned it did timely maintenance. No, were sorry, let me reimburse you for the oil change I did. Only, it's OK. If you buy here, get under the hood and everywhere to check things out or take it to your mechanic for inspection. They apparently do not have a service guy and only run their vehicles through a car wash and throw them on the lot. It's irresponsible not to check the fluids and vitals on any car they expect to sell. I expected better but was greatly disappointed, especially when buying a car costing over 30k.
