Rochelle and Hunter were life savers for my husband and I. We are from Bismarck and were on our way through Fargo headed to a track meet in Sioux Falls and we got a notice that something was wrong with our Yukon and we were only going to be able to drive at a limited speed after a certain amount of miles. We had bought our Yukon from their main competitor, Luther, 5 years prior and when we called them, they told us they couldn't look at it for 3 weeks even after we told them the situation. We needed to be in Sioux Falls within a few hours that day. After making a couple phone calls, we were told to take it over to Gateway and ask for Rochelle. She immediately got it in and between Hunter and herself, they got it hooked up to a computer and figured out we wouldn't be taking it anywhere. They then helped us get a rental car and got us on our way. We got to the track meet with about 20 minutes to spare. The kicker was they let us take the rental car back to Bismarck and then once the car was fixed, drove it back to us and picked up the rental. I RARELY leave reviews but in this case, I had to. You just don't find customer service that this anymore. If I ever have to recommend a dealership, I promise it won't be Luther. It will ABSOLUTELY be Gateway! You just don't find people like this anymore! THANK YOU so much for all your help, Rochelle and Hunter! You guys were amazing!!!!
