Subaru of Santa Fe

I had a great 6 month service with Subaru. Victor was my point person. He hustles, explained clearly the results of the testing and addressed all of my asks without me having to follow up. And he ran my car through the wash at 5:30 on Friday night when he noticed the garage had not done it. Great service!

Carlos Luna assists me with my BRZ when I take it in! He is very good and also very knowledgeable about the BRZ! I continue to have questions regarding my car, and he always takes time from his busy schedule to help me! He has great personable skills and understanding of my car. I definitely give Carlos Luna a 5 star rating! He is an asset to Subaru if Santa Fe!!! I highly recommend Carlos Luna to anyone needing assistance with their Subaru! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently bought a Crosstrek here and I love it! The car is amazing. I also have to shout out the staff! I had Chris as my salesman and he was incredible! I didnt feel like he was pressuring me or upselling me, just listened to my wants and got me what I needed. I also worked with June in financing and he was so kind and funny. I highly recommend doing business here!

I just hit 30,000 miles in exactly one year. So many roads traveled and places visited. I took the car in for its service at Santa Fe Subaru. They really did a fantastic job. Honestly, it was one of the most comfortable and pleasant service experiences I’ve had. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the waiting area was great. They had several different places to sit and relax, both inside and outside. What really stood out, though, was how dog-friendly the whole place was. There’s a little dog park on site, complete with a bench, poop bags, and a hose. Richard was completely at home. At every coffee and snack station they even had “cookies” for the dogs. Richard helped himself more than once. They also have windows looking into the service area, so you can actually see the work being done on your car. At one point I looked over and saw my Subaru on one side and a classic low rider on the other. Only in Northern New Mexico would you get that kind of scene. Everything went smoothly and my car feels great. If you’re ever nearby and need anything Subaru-related, it’s definitely worth stopping.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at this dealership. Communication was practically nonexistent from start to finish. They rarely, if ever, answered the phone, and getting a return call was nearly impossible. I was left constantly wondering about the status of my vehicle because no one provided updates unless I repeatedly reached out myself. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership of issues, I felt like I was given excuses or passed from one person to another. Good customer service starts with clear communication and keeping customers informed, and this dealership consistently failed to do either. My advisor, Gabe, is the worst. I expected much better from a Subaru dealership. If you value responsive customer service, timely updates, and accountability, you may want to consider taking your business elsewhere. This is the first subaru service department that has been so terrible. All my other experiences with Subaru have been wonderful.
