We purchased a truck for our son’s graduation from this dealership via CARGURUS. We live in North Alabama. My experience was 100% spot on with zero issues. The dealer even sent a mobile notary to my home. Communication was easy and prompt. Everyone at this dealer was a pleasure to work with. The truck was delivered quickly and the truck was just as described and accurate. This dealer continued to follow up with me along the way until the process was 100% complete. I can’t recommend Lexus of Santa Fe, and Adrian specifically, highly enough. I bought my first GX 550 in 2024 from a dealer in the Phoenix area, and the experience left a lot to be desired. I paid $7,000 over MSRP on a high-demand vehicle, it was shipped to me on a semi, and when it arrived it was nearly out of fuel with the low-fuel warning already on. So when it came time to buy a 2026 GX 550, I knew exactly what I didn’t want. This time, I wasn’t in a hurry and I wasn’t willing to pay over MSRP. I also shopped the Albuquerque Lexus dealer, which was still asking $5,000 over sticker for a GX 550. Adrian and Lexus of Santa Fe sold me the exact vehicle I wanted at MSRP with no games, no pressure, and no surprise add-ons. What impressed me even more was that Adrian held the vehicle for me without requiring a deposit while I waited. During that time, I put roughly 5,000 additional miles on my trade-in, and he still honored the original trade offer without changing a thing. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was ready to go, and waiting with a full tank of gas. After my previous experience, that attention to detail meant a lot. Adrian was professional, honest, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. In a market where some dealers are still trying to charge thousands over MSRP, Lexus of Santa Fe earned my business by treating me fairly and doing exactly what they said they would do. They have earned a customer for life, and I’ll gladly recommend Adrian to anyone looking for a Lexus in New Mexico.

Scheduled for a routine Synthetic Oil change with Joe at Service department, he’s great always delivers home with our ES 350. Fast, efficient and always has the highest level of professionalism. These cars are great if you’re looking for performance, luxury and reliability!

I just want to say thank you for the excellent service we received. We came to Santa Fe for our 1st visit to celebrate my birthday and found ourselves with a tire that was damaged and unable to be repaired and had to be special ordered. They were able to secure us a loaner until our car was ready so we could continue our vacation. The entire experience with the employees from Roxy, Ron, Luis, and Michael was very pleasant.
