I had bought a 2020 ford explorer from this dealership last week and was probably the smoothest dealership experience I’ve had, walked in the door and got with a salesman right away (Ryan Walton), Ryan was a great guy to work with, we test drove the car, figured out numbers and got everything right that same day, very polite and helpful guy. Mike Lipke (financial manager) was another very nice and helpful guy that I had worked with that day when it got to the financial side of things and signing all the documents. Overall experience was great and can highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a used or new car! Thank you Luther Kia of Bloomington, Ryan Walton and Mike Lipke for making my unexpected car shopping/buying experience easy! Safe to say I’m extremely happy with the new car I now own!

Salesman Andy H. at Bloomington KIA (MN) was fantastic. Before I arrived he identified two trim packages of the Kia Telluride that had the two tone interior I wanted. One gasoline, one hybrid. It was nice to compare the two. No pressure. Let me take it alone which I prefer. Loved the vehicle. Quiet, tons of cargo space. The features were amazing and it so far is everything I had hoped for. The HEV Hybrid very impressive but a touch more than the gas version which I chose. Andy laid out the entire costs and payments quickly. No hassling. Gave me a good number on my very high mile Infinity G37 trade-in. Finance Director Bobby B. was also great. He uses a space age massive desk top tablet where the buyer can see all things finance related. I also did all my signatures on this space tablet. That process moved quickly as well. Met the lead Sales manager David B. as well on the way out and described my nice experience. I loved the in-and-out quickly experience!! Minimal stress. Hoping the Kia Telluride gives me a solid 200k like my G37 did. Albeit in much more comfort.
