As a first time Jeep owner, Katrina was great to work with—very informative while test driving, explained everything in the vehicle and very knowledgeable. Dale, the finance guy, was great to work with as well. He wasn’t pushy on the extras and was able to beat the interest rate for our pre-approval from our own bank! We worked with Donnie and he was great. He gave us a great price right away on the vehicle we wanted. We know it was a great price as we shopped a large radius and looked at the identical vehicle at several dealers. Donnie had to get the vehicle in from a dealer several hundred miles away and during the process he kept us update on every step. Best part was the price did not change even though they had to travel to go get the vehicle. Finance went great and trade in was smooth too. Thank you Jason and Cody. I went in with my head down thinking it was going to be another wasted trip to the dealership because they might not be able to help me. Thanks to Donnie Jason and the rest team they made my dreams come true and my hope restored. Not to mention the great customer service and friendly staff. WOW! We were blown away by our experience here with Joe. After a few really horrendous experiences at other dealerships, we were starting to feel super discouraged… but from the second we walked in Joe was nothing but helpful, knowledgeable & patient. He never once pushed us or gave us some sleazy sales pitch, instead he let us take our time, ask all of our questions, & think through our decision. We will definitely be back to work with him!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I came into this place cash ready interested in a car for my pops. They had a dodge Durango up for sale which seemed super clean and drove well. I took it into another shop to run a bumper to bumper inspection and there were multiple major issues found, one of those being wires chewed up, shocks being bad and an oil leak. I told them I am still willing to buy if they can fix those issues which they said they would and would reach out Monday. My girlfriend gave her number because sometimes I am unreachable. Olivia did not once reach out to my girlfriends phone. I seen that I had a missed call from an hour prior which I then called back. When I called back she told me that they fixed the wire and one other thing that wasn’t even the main issue then proceeded to tell us that she had someone looking at the car as I called and that she would call us back? So we waited really confused because we were literally going to buy the car. When she called back she said that she sold it which is absolutely insane. I spent $60 to get another look at it which I’m glad I did but she told us she tried to call which then my girlfriend said “you didn’t even call the right number, we were literally waiting for a call from you guys” and Olivia says “that’s just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes”. My honest opinion is they knew they were in for a ride trying to sell us a car that had issues so they sold it to someone that didn’t care to double check. They also seen the wires bit up during their inspection and didn’t care to let us know which is super shady. If you buy a car from this place AT ALL, make sure you get it inspected. I would not trust these people, very shady
