We had an excellent experience purchasing our first car from Luther INFINITI of Bloomington. A special thanks to Brad. He was straightforward, respectful, and never wasted our time with unnecessary back-and-forth. He listened to our offer, communicated honestly about what was possible, and made the negotiation efficient and professional. We really appreciated that. We also want to thank Xavier. He was patient during the test drive, answered all of our questions, and made the entire buying process smooth and comfortable. We never felt pressured, and he was always respectful throughout the process. In the end, we drove home in our first car. It was a memorable experience, and we sincerely appreciate Brad, Xavier, and the team for making it happen. A+++++++ service! My sales associate was Nate K. I was in touch with a couple dealerships before coming across my dream car at this dealership. Nate instantly took me seriously and made me feel important while communicating with me. I live 2.5 hours away and was unable to come look at the car in person. Nate allowed my brother to meet him for a test drive and an overview of the car. Nate sent me a video of the car knowing I couldn’t be there in person and he knew that pictures wouldn’t do this vehicle justice. He answered all of my questions, even after/before his work hours. He got everything taken care of for me within a day and also stayed over an hour after his shift to present me with the car. (I had to drive 2.5 hours after work) To me, it feels like Nate’s car sales experience goes way above and beyond just a job to him. I felt appreciated, important and not pressured AT ALL! I also had the pleasure of working with Josh for financing and ended up with a great warranty as well! I feel way more comfortable spending my money on my dream car knowing I am covered for a long time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership and most importantly working with Nate and Josh.

I've been coming to Luther Infiniti to purchase parts and service now for about a year since I bought my Infiniti M37. Cody Arlington has been BRILLIANT with his amazing customer service skills. He goes out of his way to ensure that I've purchased all the parts I need for whatever job I need to do. He'll also be very prompt with replies to my emails requesting parts. We looked at every vehicle in the luxury SUV class, and finally decided on the QX80. The thing that stood out in our process is that the customer service at this dealership was hands down the best we experienced. The salespeople knew the most about their product and were transparent to a level I have never experienced before in a dealership. Jeff Bruening, Aaron Olson, and Mike in finance were a awesome to deal with and great people.

If any place that knows how to mess up your car when repairing, leave it for Luther infinity of Bloomington and they denied of any wrong doing. Brought my car in for a recalled. To start this story my car works just fine, nothing is wrong with it. Took my car in on a Tuesday after my work hour and they gave me a loaner for the day. I got home and they called me up saying that the recalled didn't have any affect on my vehicle then they went on telling me what is going on with my car and what they recommend repairing. They sent me the video explaining what needs or recommended for repairing or replaced. Two days after I got my car back from their shop, the car makes all kind of noises when driven and suddenly died on the road, I had to called a towe truck to hauled to their shop. They said it's part of the recalled that's why my car died, so they said an engine will need to be replaced, but my car works just fine, no complaints the six years I had my car. They also torn my bumper and said I did it and the manager told me to report to my insurance but why should I have to do that when they the one who took my car apart and did the damages to it, to make long story short, my car now have other issues since I got the car back from them.
