I had a great experience at Lupient. My first "new" car purchase. Waik in, friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Told them what I wanted, they presented several payment options. 2 1/2 hours later I drove away in a beautiful, new Equinox. Couldn't be happier!! Kevin Pena at Lupient Chevrolet was a very knowledgeable and great Salesman. He answered all the questions I had took time to go over all the options on my new vehicle. Stayed late to make sure I was comfortable with my vehicle before I left. The whole Lupient staff was great from the sales manager to the fianace manager. I had emailed back and forth with William a few times before going in. He was straightforward. I was nervous going in. I had never purchased a car from a dealership or financed in my life. William was amazing and made me feel at ease. He Got me into a 2020 Telsa at a price and payment that I can afford . Made the whole process straightforward. I only wish I had checked the Funk because it doesn't open lol. But in reality who would have even thought of that. Even though they're under no obligation as I bought it as is I am grateful for the help William has provided and that he is going to get with their body shop and potentially set up a time for me to come in and have it checked out. Hopefully someone in their body shop knows what to do and its not too expensive. Again I bought it as is and I do not hold or blame Lupient Chevrolet. It is an amazing car and the people there were amazing especially William. I will definitely be recommending Lupient Chevrolet to anybody who asks me about buying a car.

I had an outstanding experience at Lupient Chevrolet of Bloomington, and a huge part of that was working with Jose. From the moment I walked in, Jose made me feel heard. He asked thoughtful, genuine questions about what I was looking for, what I liked, and what I didn't like. I never felt pressured or pushed toward a decision. Instead, I felt like he was focused on helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. What really stood out was how comfortable and collaborative the entire process felt. Whether he was showing me different options or answering my questions, I always felt like we were working together rather than sitting on opposite sides of a sales transaction. I ultimately purchased a Chevrolet Blazer EV, and throughout the process, I never felt rushed. In fact, on the day I first visited, I was Jose's last customer and it was already after closing time. When I wanted to see a second vehicle again, he happily brought it around and gave me all the time I needed. At no point did I feel like I was inconveniencing him. The exceptional service didn't stop after I decided to purchase the vehicle. When I came back to pick up my Blazer EV, Jose took the time to help me set up the app, walk through the vehicle settings, and make sure I felt comfortable with all the features. I never got the sense that the relationship ended once the paperwork was signed. He continued to show the same level of care and attention that he had throughout the entire process. I've had some challenging car-buying experiences in the past, so I carried a lot of stress and anxiety into this purchase. Working with Jose genuinely changed my perspective. While "healing" may sound like a strong word, this experience helped undo some of the negative associations I had with buying a car. For the first time in a long time, the process felt easy, straightforward, and even enjoyable.
