Earlier this week, I bought a gently used car at Lincoln of Bloomington with salesperson Billy Luhrs. I had very narrow requirements for a car I would drive and had done a lot of online research before I booked an appointment to test drive. Billy respected my parameters and did not try to sell me on anything else. He and the finance and service team members who I also dealt with during the few hours I was at the dealership were all friendly and attentive. Everyone was thoroughly professional and I could see through my conversations throughout the day that they all had considerable expertise in car sales, financing, and service. At my age, I really appreciate dealing with seasoned professionals. It is the best car buying experience I have had.
