Can’t state how satisfied I was with my time here. My mom and I came to look at a specific car and we were greeted warmly by Henry Finch. He was super awesome and made my first experience of buying a car spectacular. All our questions were answered and everyone was super patient with the whole process and made it super easy. Went in for a simple oil change on my TLX Type S. During their “complimentary inspection,” they checked my engine air filter and cabin air filter . After I declined their service, they didn’t put everything back properly. The intake bolts were left loose, and I had to tighten them myself. A few weeks later, my undershield came loose and bent, which shows the bolts weren’t tightened either. Now I have to buy a new undershield and install it myself. Very careless work for a dealership. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend them for service.
