Quick service even with no appointment, sweet waiting room on 2nd floor with comfy chairs and phone chargers, and very friendly and kind employees. Honest mechanics that wont try and upsell you on stuff you dont need but they will point out stuff that others may miss. Even the gas station employee offered to help me check my tires air pressure at 5:00am. I forgot his name but he had sweet dreads. 10/10 would recommend and return.

I had a coupon for an oil change so thought I'd give Bobby & Steve's a try. I called ahead to see if they could get me in that day and they said to come on over. My vehicle was brought in right away and work began soon after. The waiting area is comfortable and the WiFi was quick. The service technician did a full inspection and recommended some additional work which I declined for now. The job was completed quickly and I was in my way soon after.

After evaluating the situation with my car he advised me that my car needed more work than they could do. I felt like a valued customer and would come back again if I needed.
