I have purchased a 2017 Prius and a 2018 RAV4 and both experiences were amazing. The team here have showed me not to be afraid of purchasing a new car. I would recommend everyone to come in and make this their final stop in the car buying adventure

They tried to do the bait and switch deal with me as a internet buyer. Giving me out of state charges of $250.00. Asking me to sign blank sales contracts, high loan rates (8%) with no early payoffs and bank approvals for loans on a Saturday night within applying in an hour. Telling me I handle my own transportation on a car and later quoting me a price of $950 and I independently got pricing for $500. I went elsewhere to purchase a car. Internet buyers beware!!

My experience from the Buick GMC of Roseville I bought a 2015 Tahoe “as is” and 7 days after the purchase the HMI module went out. I contacted my salesman as well as the service manager in hopes of being able to be taken care of on this despite purchasing the vehicle “as is” given the timeframe of the issue coming up. Needless to say I’ve been left disappointed after being told the expense is on me. I understand what “as is” means but thought I’d be helped out in some fashion given such a short amount of time passing from date of purchase and the issue arising. I’ll be sure to take all my future service needs elsewhere Now just 19 days after the purchase I was stuck on the side of the road with a bunch of transmission trouble codes. It seems like they did what they had to do to get it off the lot and sell quickly so they could avoid any repairs. NOT a good business model. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. I got bamboozled

Horrible experience. I gave Zach everything he requested to lock in the purchase of a vehicle and he said he “got a little tied up” and the vehicle was sold out from under me when I followed up almost 24 hours later. Very shady. Don’t waste your time with this dealership. Their word is worthless.
