The entire experience was great. Especially Angela Hurley, she went above and beyond to help me buy my truck. Angela made the whole experience enjoyable I will definitely go back there when I get another vehicle and when she didn't know something she found someone that did. She even delivered my truck to me I will definitely recommend her and the auto shop Walser Buick to others. I just had the Titanium package on my truck and I am blown away by how good it looks! I thought it looked good before this. Walser's Auto Shield team did an amazing job and anyone one that doesn't have this done is crazy!!

My daughter’s 2014 GMC Terrain needed to be serviced, and a good friend recommended Walser Buick GMC in Bloomington. Everyone was so helpful during this process, even before I stepped foot through the door (other than just dropping the vehicle off for service). But when I finally stopped in to see what would be a good replacement, Angela took over and took care of me. She made the process of unexpectedly replacing a vehicle smooth and stead-free. And within a few hours, I had found 2 I needed to decide over. She even helped me deliberate between the 2 so I could feel extremely comfortable and confident with my decision. Yesterday I worked with Nate B and Ryan to purchase a used vehicle. I live several hours away and they were very accommodating.
