This facility is very nice and clean. The building is level with the parking lot, has big doors, and has wide walkways-- making it wheelchair accessible. They offer complimentary coffee, water, and popcorn but have vending machines for other small snacks if you need them. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. My partner and I have never purchased a car from a retail location or dealership and we had a positive experience at this place. The representive that we worked with, Cory Holten, was so prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. He never made us feel pressured and it felt like he was invested in making decisions that aligned with our needs. He was very patient and I anticipate he would be a great representative for any customer regardless of goals, age, and experience with cars and technology. He was a great resource for us and always kept in communication about important updates and information regarding our car. We were pleased with the car we chose, the transparency of the prices, and all features and warranties that came with our car. You'll be in good hands here!

I’ve worked in the car business for years and it honestly takes a lot to impress me, but Joel Bittner at Walser Toyota Bloomington completely knocked it out of the park. From the start, he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He went above and beyond to get me out of a bad lease situation that Jeff Belzer’s had me stuck in and made the whole process easy and stress free. I’m now driving a brand new Toyota Tundra and I’m beyond happy with it. This truck absolutely destroys my old Ra! It pulls harder, rides smoother, and just feels like a much better truck overall. Joel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and truly took care of me every step of the way. The service department here has also been amazing, super friendly, and professional. As someone who’s sold cars for a long time, I can confidently say Joel and the whole Walser Toyota team set the bar high for how car buying should be done.

Reason for my low rating is service and used vehicle sales team. I bought my Camry from Walser Toyota in 2022 with less than 100 miles on it, and overall, the buying experience was very good. Sales staff is friendly and helpful, financing and paperwork took about as much time as expected when compared to other dealerships that I have purchased cars from. I have been servicing my car at all the recommended intervals since I bought it, and always at the Walser Toyota service center in Bloomington. This is a massive dealership with a brand new building that has all of the latest equipment and amenities. Yet, they have never once washed my car for me. I have asked multiple times about getting my car washed while I’m there for service, and never have they washed it. Again today, came in for an oil change, was told that the differential fluid and transfer case fluid were due for service and it was going to be about $350. Which is fine, I don’t care about the cost of the service, I just want my vehicle maintained properly. When my car was done, it was parked at an angle in the oversized service drive and my service advisor, Moses, walked me to my car and put the keys in it for me. But my car was dirty, when I asked why the car wasn’t washed I was told that they try not to wash cars when it’s under 20 degrees, it was 22 when I left. If the concern is the temperature, you should think about pre-washing the car before bringing it in for the technician. I know when I was a tech I really appreciated working on clean cars vs. dirty cars. As far as the used car sales team, every time I’m there for service, they continue to text me asking if I would like an offer from them to buy my car. If I wanted to sell it to you, I wouldn’t change the oil and have other services performed first, I would leave that for you to deal with since you have a service department that is letting you know that my car is there. I will continue to bring my car in for service, because overall, the service department is very good. Advisors are friendly and knowledgeable, drive isle is clean and inviting, customer lobby has comfortable seating with vending machines and outlets for charging if needed. This is a very nice dealership, when I buy another Toyota there is a good chance I will buy again from them, and I will continue to service my Camry there. Just wish they had a little more attention to detail, washing and cleaning a vehicle is a very important part of proper maintenance, if you’re going to present my car to me after I bring it in for service, give it a wash and show me that you are proud of the work your team just finished.
