My husband and I were treated great. Purchase was smooth, quick, and timely. Al was great to deal with.

Bought a 2007 Toyota Highlander from Al at Mad Motors. A fair price and a good, clean vehicle. The rear windshield wiper was missing, but I took delivery of it anyway with his promise that it was ordered and its way. Sure enough, a few days later they called and let me know it was in. They offered to install it, but I'm a DIY kinda guy. I would definitely use this dealer again to purchase a used vehicle.

The purchase was easy BUT might wanna have any potential car looked at by a trusted mechanic. Was told everything checked out and to the untrained eye (short of the tires which were in poor shape) you really wouldn’t know if that were true or not. They did come down 300 dollars because of the tires but they cost 1000 to replace. (My mistake for giving in). Still, I needed the car and they did “something.” So I let it go. Fast forward not quite 3 weeks and we made an appointment for service with our mechanic and it needs: tires, rotors, an oxygen sensor, has a leak that needs attn, but biggest of all - the front coils are broken and will cost me 1500 to fix. All in all what should have been about a 6k vehicle will wind up costing me an additional 3500 to get in good shape so damn near 10k. If the vehicle “checks out” how the hell did they miss broken coils in the front end? I cannot recommend this establishment at this point in time. Buyer beware. UPDATE: 1 year in and I’ve spent probably another 2k on top of that 3500 mentioned above. Starter just went yesterday and have had secondary sensor issues on an off.

🚨 Warning: Do NOT buy from this dealership! 🚨 This so-called dealership sold my daughter a 2013 Ford Escape that a certified mechanic later determined to be absolute junk—requiring over $23,000 in repairs, far more than the car was worth. They lied and falsified Wisconsin’s Buyer’s Guide, claimed they had done a proper inspection (they hadn’t), and when confronted, they refused to make it right. We had no choice but to take them to small claims court, where the commissioner quickly saw through their lies and awarded my daughter a full refund. Dennis is dishonest, unethical, and completely untrustworthy. He and his mechanic knowingly sold a lemon and tried to cover it up with paperwork tricks. If you value your money and your peace of mind, NEVER do business with Dennis!

I just got out of a law suit with this company. Denis sold me a vehicle that was in “perfect condition” according to the company advertisement, him, and the Wi buyers guide he proudly signed. Long story short I took the vehicle to a mechanic after driving it for two days and the car had 23k dollars worth of damages, leaks, loose ends etc. Im no mechanic but a used car with leaks, loose parts, and damages does not sound very marketable nor reliable for the “perfect used car” they were advertising. I’m very thankful the commissioner saw how grievous this situation was. Im in a safe, reliable car now thanks to a citizen and company that actually cares about integrity and safety. After doing business with them, I can’t say Mad motors cares about either of those things.
