Great car buying experience. Family owned business, and the staff there are car enthusiasts who enjoy talking about their inventory. I flew from out of state to purchase an older 90s BMW. They were quick to address issues that were noted on a vehicle inspection. A few hundred miles into the drive home, the clutch went out. It's something an inspection wouldn't have been able to catch as the vehicle was running and driving fine. Unfortunate situation, but it's a risk associated with purchasing older, used vehicles. They went out above and beyond to help me get the vehicle the rest of the way home, and it is much appreciated. Great car buying experience with friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.
I recently did business with Hakim at A to Z. I absolutely could not be happier with the level of care and customer service I was shown. I've been to major dealerships who claim to have customer service and satisfaction as their driving force; but I can tell you without exception that Hakim and Abe at A to Z blow their "customer satisfaction" out of the water! I will never, ever think about going anywhere else to get a vehicle ever again. Good vehicles, amazing prices and customer care and service that is just presidential! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone for anything!
Went in to look at cars a few days ago and met with Zane. He helped me explore possible options to purchase and was very upfront and nice throughout the tour. Highly recommend coming in if you live in the area.
TLDR - Dealership will falsely advertise and make fraudulent claims about the condition of cars they sell and when you try to express dissatisfaction they will lie to you and block your phone number. I bought a 2013 Scion FRS from them with 55k miles. They claimed the car was in excellent condition and that is was fully serviced and inspected. Not only did they not provide me a buyer's guide with the problems listed, the car needed over $2000 dollars in repairs immediately upon delivery. The car is completely rusted on the underneath, it has a small amount of rusted frame damage, the mounts and struts need replaced, the AC doesnt work, engine needs degreased, exhaust needs completely replaced it's falling off, is rusted out, and is leaking. The drive belt needs replaced. They bought this car from an auto auction, slapped some new tires on it, then tried to pawn it off on the first unlucky person to buy it, then proceeded to constantly put me off whenever I called them. First their daughter is in a car accident, next hes in Canada for 3 weeks and he's "coming back and will call me" on a different day every time I check in. Anytime I did hear from them they will always "call me back tomorrow" only for me to never hear from them. I offered them $1,000 and to pay the return shipping and they still just give me the middle finger. They say they don't have to speak with me, they say they are going to file harassment charges, they say my complaint to their bank shut down all their bank accounts? How stupid do you think I am? My bank doesn't have the authority to do that!?!?! I have filed in small claims court and they will be getting served court papers soon. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE THE REASON PEOPLE ARE SCARED TO BUY CARS OFF SMALL SCAM DEALERSHIP LOTS!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND WHEN YOU OFFER THEM FREE RETURN SHIPPING AND $1,000 TO JUST TAKE THE CAR BACK THEY WILL BLOCK YOU! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Drove about an HR to check out a few cars I liked on the lot. Walked around to both cars, looked around, sat in my car in their very small parking space for another 5 minutes.... The only person that greeted me was the non-English speaking detailer, and even so he only said "hi" and "I no understand, have to ask manager." You either want to sell cars or you don't, but I'm not going to come ask you to sell me a car. If im on lot, I'm probably interested.. Edit: I appreciate the attempt to remedy an absolute terrible first impression. Firstly, I'm an introvert, the last thing I want is a "pushy" salesman. The fact that you think greeting your guests and making them feel welcomed is being pushy only reinforces my decision to simply leave. I came here BECAUSE you are a small family owned business, and I hate nothing more than corporate conglomerates.. Being pushy and being welcoming are two vastly different things, for future reference, try greeting your guests in a friendly/inquiring manner, or simply put a HUGE sign saying "COME INSIDE" or something along those lines. I'm not going to purchase a car simply because you have one I like, if the experience isn't a positive one off the get go, I'm not buying a car from you. It doesn't matter how well the car is priced, experience matters. My experience was not a good one. I would love to give you an opportunity to correct that, but this country is built on capitalism and competition, and maybe this experience is best left as that, experience for everyone.
