The most professional, helpful car repair shop. My family was driving from MN to Chicago when a semi merged into us on I-90. We arrived right before closing on a Friday night and Tyler and Chris gave our tire and left bumpers a thorough inspection. They puzzled together the loose bumper pieces and added some screws to keep everything from flapping. Their friendliness and compassion for our situation was an immense blessing. Thank you sincerely. So glad we were led to this business.

Chris is awesome and very friendly. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much for the new tires. For fair and honest service I highly recommend them!

UPATED 1/30: Owner said to reach out, we did respond to what was written as you can see below, and no response. It’s unfortunate to now have to take additional steps, as again, nice people but that is not taking care of this issue. UPDATE 1/26: RESPONSE TO OWNER= I appreciate the response. We do have the correct business, dealt with a guy named Luke and emails were sent to him; and it was definitely sold to us (my name) like this. We just put new brakes and rotors on it and were informed by the mechanic to start looking at replacing the vehicle (a white 2011 Chevy Equinox) as soon as possible for the safety of our daughter. We most likely will not get anything for a trade-in either due to the condition of that frame. That is not repairable and therefore should never have been sold to anyone if the business is above/board per both mechanics. We were told it had a replaced engine with like 33K miles of life on it despite the car having approximately 119K miles on it when we purchased it. The first time we got the oil changed we were not informed of the frame. However, the second time, we were shown what it looked like. Then we were going to get an alignment and were told that with the condition of the frame that it’s not suggested. After spending $9K on this vehicle to have to replace it in under a year is very disappointing as this vehicle should not have been sold to us in this condition with a rusted out frame filled with foam in the first place. You all are nice people, and therefore, I hope you do something to make this right. ————————————————————————- We purchased a used car for our daughter from this place only to find out that the entire frame is rusted out and is filled with foam, which 2 different mechanics from 2 different places said is underhanded and that this vehicle shouldn’t have been able to be sold with a frame in this condition, and despite a newer engine, this car will now have to be replaced after spending $9K on this one. Front wheel bearings had to be replaced 40 days after purchase as they were completely rusted out. It’s like the entire bottom of the vehicle sat in water yet wasn’t disclosed. Very disappointed as they were nice people but not upfront about the real condition of the vehicle. I would not purchase a vehicle from this business.

My buddy bought a car from them and convinced me to buy one from them back in April... They tried selling me a Honda Civic that had been there for less than a day, which was an immediate red flag for me and I should've gone with my gut and left, but unfortunately I decided to go on ahead and purchase a car from them anyway. My buddies car that he bought from them ended up with a blown engine about 3 months after he bought it. My car? I had it for about 2 months before I started hearing a grinding sound coming from my left tire so I took it in to Zimbrick to get checked. Come to find out, whoever worked on it last ended up putting my brakes on backwards (I know that Badger City Auto looks over the vehicles at least once before selling them because they told me as much) so for me it gave me the impression that they don't actually know what they're doing.... Now fast forward to early December. My battery kept dying on me, so I had just assumed that maybe it's the original battery (I bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport) I figured it's reasonable and not a big deal... Now I'm finding out that the battery is fine and there is an issue with the EEPROM. My car has officially died and I have an appointment to get it serviced on the 26th. I've owned the car less than a year and I'm already expecting to dump more than a grand in repairs on it, after being told by the guys at Badger City Auto that it was in great condition with no problems what so ever. They've officially given me the impression that they have no idea what they're actually doing in regards to maintenance on their vehicles or they just really don't care and do the bare minimum
