Thank you for a very smooth and honest transaction and sales experience. Very friendly people. Everything was very uncomplicated and smooth. We did find some small issues with the vehicle and the seller was very reasonable adjusting the price to make sure we were happy and could finalize the purchase. They were also putting the vehicle on pending while we were commuting to Madison (over an hour) which is nice knowing the vehicle is still there when you arrive. Quality Cars for Less offers a reasonable and affordable price to community members and I must admit that the 2013 Outback price $8,699 is so affordable and reasonable for me and the vehicle is in good condition. Wow I’m actually flipping out over the great customer service and really honest family that worked over night to make the deal…I thought being transparent was a lost art but I was wrong please come see this honest family business doing things like we all know better to do!👏🏻

I’m going to give this company a solid two stars, the experience seemed pleasant at first great ppl, and then 💥 boom….I would be very cautious about purchasing a vehicle from them. I’ve had my truck for 6 days now but on the 4th day I wasn’t able to drive it. The check engine light came on and my power reduced to 20 miles per hour. I had to immediately take it to the shop after spending $8000 cash money for the purchase of the truck and four days later it’s in the shop. Quality cars for less doesn’t feel responsible and if this problem occurred over night. The throttle body went out costing me another $677 and they told me I should’ve brung it to them for less when they’re an hour and 20 minutes away from me mind you the car was only going 20 miles an I explained that. They don’t want to help with a percentage of the bill. I wouldn’t recommending anyone to purchase a vehicle here. Just find something else!!!!!! ATT::::::: I tried to write another review but I’m only allowed to edit. The previous review that I wrote was three weeks ago. One week after writing the review I received a phone call from Isaac saying he apologizes how the situation got handled his brother handled it wrong. When we were there inquiring about the business he said it was just him, his dad and nephew Salah. The weird part about all this is I never talked to a so called brother I talked to him (Isaac) but now he’s portending to have a brother. Ok, whatever so I listen to what he had to say and it was like he called me to slap me in the face. It literally was a slap to the because the truck shut down 4 days after I had it, cost me $677 dollars and the offer was $150. I told him he can keep that. When I bought this truck 12/12/25 They stated nothing was wrong with it well it shut down 4 days later and it has an oil leak which I didn’t know I had as well. Isaac claims my truck was inspected and it had no issues. I believe that it was inspected too because they have their own automatic shop connected to their dealership. But I don’t believe that they didn’t know about both issues. The leak is at a 5 mind you it hasn’t even been a month that I’ve had it and I got it checked out day four because it was forced to the shop but he claims otherwise. He’s not a honest man very combative and he really didn’t wanna help me until seen my review which is crazy to me. He told me if I took down my review he would give $300 instead of the $150 and I told him he can keep that as well. It wasn’t about the money it was how he lied about the truck condition. Now I gotta fix this oil leak idk how much that’s gonna cost but whatever ,It’s a new year were not dealing with dishonesty or dishonest ppl out here getting over on ppl 🗣️shop elsewhere were doing better than last year!!!
