Zach was an amazing representative, From the moment I walked he did his best to make sure I got a vehicle that I genuinely wanted and not just something to add a couple zeros to his paychecks. As someone who had major anxiety about getting pushed into a sale, He made me feel very comfortable and was very informative. Attached are images of the car.

Had an awesome experience buying a car here! They were willing to work with me when no one else would and when the car I wanted was bought they continuously looked at vehicles with me until we found the perfect one. I appreciate the persistence Scott had making sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you guys.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was bad. After looking at some of their vehicles online, a lady (Miranda) reached out to me asking me questions. I cut to the chase and said I didn't want either of our time to be wasted... shared my credit score, monthly income, and rent amount. She asked me to hold on a minute while she processed the info. Then messaged me back these exact words, "I do have great news! Not only do we have vehicles you are looking for. but we also have at least 2 lenders on board that can assist you with financing for little to no money down!" I said, "Yea... that's what everyone says, then it turns out I either need a cosigner or have to put thousands down. I can't do either at the moment." She replied, "At this point with the current sale, we have lenders on board for you, and I don't see you needing anything up front. With the sale we have some lenders doing 7$ down and others doing 0. So, it depends on the vehicle and lender you choose." So l scheduled an appointment for later that day (today), left work a little early to get there on time. I walked in and was greeted by Sam. He had me test drive a couple decent SUV's. Then we sat down and he proceeded to tell me that I either needed a cosigner, or they could offer me (probably the worst car on their lot) if I put at least $3,500 down. The exact thing I already said I couldn't do. What a scuzzy way to lure people to their store, all while wasting my time and gas driving 1½ hours out of the way. Just keep it real... and if you can't, then follow through with what you said in the first place to get someone to come to your dealership. Very unprofessional!

I was told over the phone I was approved for 0 down, 7.99 down or the 199 down, depending which vehicle I picked... Get out there from Milwaukee and they bait and switched me told me I needed a co signer or 6 grand down... I wouldn't waste time with this company if I had know they where gonna pull this

I normally don't do reviews but, I was told to do one. To be honest, don't come here. They are strict on their credit requirements and almost always make you have a second person on your vehicle unless you have over 650+ credit. They let you test drive a vehicle but never tell you what the actual price is. I told them what my monthly budget was and they went way over without telling me until the very end. On top of that, I ended up getting a 2024 Chevy Malibu with a junk/blown turbo and it took them and the auto shop over a month to get it fixed and that was after I got a lawyer and a Chevy dealership involved. I tried to return the vehicle within the first 30 days and they kept denying me. I am stuck with an anxiety filled vehicle and payments I can't afford. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!
