CarHop Auto Sales and Finance

Thanks to Tracy and Kalie at the Appleton Carhop they restored our faith with this location by actually caring about good customers who have been with them for a while and not only helped us but we actually felt heard and these two are amazing at communication. They also understood that when car issues happen that it can be very frustrating including when your not getting answers right away. Me and My partner will always be happy to work with these two lovely ladies. Thank you again for not just helping, But actually listening and caring about us being long term good customers. You two are the best and I highly recommend anyone to work with them.

Keep away. They prey on people who are struggling financially but still need transportation. That’s one thing — but no one deserves what happened to my friend. The car sale process was easy enough. After that? Completely different story. They pushed all these “great” repair coverage services and made it sound like help would be there if anything went wrong. After taking the car to the repair shop they recommended, my friend was handed a long written list of problems — including safety issues like brakes. I was there through all of this. When she brought the paperwork back to CarHop, she had to fight just to get anyone to listen, and they still refused to cover the repairs or properly help her. Now she’s stuck overpaying at high interest for a dangerous lemon. I honestly don’t know how companies can sleep at night treating people this way.

Wish I could do lower then this. They sold us a lemon. Test drive was all good so we continued with the sale and had the car for just over a month before it all went down hill. Engine lost power and it would smoke like crazy out the tail pipe. We did run it only as needed for work as we only lived a few minutes before we were able to get it checked out and come to find out bad sparks and wires. Then it turned to coils needed to be changed. Had it towed to a garage that they worked with and after no calls to update, we called only to find out that carhop was not going to pay for the items that was under warranty. Then to find out that the whole motor needed to be done. We had to get a lawyer involved because they didn't want to help. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Terrible company. Would not recommend. The service stations that are in their "warranty coverage" will not fix or say anything is wrong with the vehicle. The vehicle i got from this place is sitting in a mechanic shop "out of warranty providers" with a dead engine. Their shop... "needed a new radiator cap" a $25 attempted fix. They are still attempting to charge the total cost for s vehicle that for not even make it 3k miles from purchase. Buy here at your own peril!!!

Horrible experience they first kept entering the wrong account information for my autopay not once but 3 times and then they sold me a lemon says tells me the engine is covered under warrenty well they lied there not helping me pay a single cent to fix my car and now when I try to call them they done answer I have left not 1 but 3 voicemails and they don't return calls very rude staff and all the staff at the Appleton location should not have jobs the mechanic at hf service about out to him for helping me he as well has been having problems with carhop and is at the point of not working for them. People if you are smart do not go to carhop in Appleton they are scam artists they sold me a car that I almost was to point of catching on fire. Do to engine related problems.
