Everything about this experience has been great! John and all of his staff is extremely professional and work well with their customers needs. I bought a f150 and had a a issue with it. John got it fixed no questions and got me a rental. I felt so at peace knowing they have my back and insure I have a safe reliable car to drive. I am extremely satisfied with car credit and I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to rebuild their credit!

You will have nothing but problems with these people. And they will claim a vehicle is one price, then all of a sudden you owe them 3 times the amount.

If you have bad credit by all means DO NOT finance a car here. You will pay 3-4 times what the car is worth and your payments will be high! And coincidentally, not long after you get a vehicle (2-4 weeks or maybe that week), something wrong will suddenly happen and it'll most likely come out of your pocket despite it being their job to ensure the car is in good shape before selling it off their lot. The warranty that comes with is very limited as well.

When I stopped in and looked at this car I felt a bit rushed. When I took delivery it was at closing time and it was the fastest delivery I ever had in my life. I was happy with the car I had chosen and was excited. That was short lived. The day I took delivery the breaks were squealing, I was told it had been sitting on the lot. But the noise just got worse and worse. So I brought it in for a few noises. The car was making clonking noises and the breaks were loud. I was told nothing was wrong with the car. After a few weeks it kept getting worse and worse. So I brought it into another dealership and was given a bill for almost $3000! All of the breaks were bad. So bad in fact there were no break pads in the rear. The struts were blown and the front control arms were bad. I told this dealership and I was told they would take care of it. They replaced one of the bad control arms but not the rest of the bad ones. That was it. I had to fix the rest because to them it was normal wear on the vehicle. At this time I had the car for two months, but I had not even driven 400 miles. I was told they would take care of it and had to drop it off three times. After the third time they told me there was nothing wrong with the car again and that they would do nothing. So I had to go out and replace all of the front and rear breaks. And front and rear struts. I had three shops look at it and all said the same thing. Then to top it all off I was sent a free oil change coupon for my first oil change because of my purchase. When I made the appointment and went in. I was told they would not honor the coupon due to it was sent to me in error. All in all a bad experience. I love the car, hate the service. They sell you on service, but I have yet to see it. When this car is paid off they tell me they will give me $500 towards the purchase of another new vehicle. I will not be buying another car from here ever again.

I got a car threw this place. And as soon as I started to have problems with the car I took it in and they came they fixed it. But as soon as I got into the car and started home the lights on the dash came right back on. I took my car in so many times. It got to the point where I even asked they to get me out if the car and into something else. They refused. I was even willing to have them roll over the difference from vehicle to another and they still wouldn't help me. And the car was still under warranty. The very last time I took it in. The service department told me that he doesn't want to see my car in there again because he is tired of working on it. And that I am paying to much for a car with that many problems. And that he felt bad that they wouldn't help me out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
