Worked with John and the whole process was seamless! He got me into exactly what I was looking for without any pressure! Will return to kolosso for future vehicle purchases!
I worked with Klay the salesman and I couldn't be more satisfied. I was looking to purchase a truck but I wasn't sure what brand I wanted and I worked with him a month prior to my purchase. he wasn't impatient or forceful at all and listen to my wants and needs and showed me what he had. at the time. I was stuck between getting a ram and a Ford and in September I saw the one I really wanted on their lot. it was a 2022 Laramie ram sport. very low miles and they were able to work out a price. that is where I wanted to be with it. I put on a few additional things on the truck and I got the vehicle exactly when they said I would. I will also say purchasing a truck was probably the fastest experience I've ever had when it came to the paperwork. Kudos to the finance department. we're doing a great job. I've only had the truck for about a month and I am very happy. it's been a long time since I've owned a big truck. I'm usually an SUV guy and I hope this works out well. the staff, the finance department and the service department are very friendly and I would highly recommend if you're looking to buy a vehicle. this would be one of the top places to go to. No pressure at all the whole time I was there and they were very welcome.
Best experience I have ever had pirchasing a car. The service department are awesome as well, suoer friendly and great to work with..
I purchased my first Jeep Cherokee years ago, now purchased my 2nd Jeep Cherokee from Kolossso. Excellent customer service. Gio was my sales person…great guy. Made my 2nd experience very easy. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Thank you Gio for all your help!
I had the best experience purchasing my new 2026 Ram from Kolosso in Appleton. Dawson and Tony both showed me that customer service excellence works at Kolosso. Dawson sold me the truck and Tony took care of all the paper work. Very easy and painless process. I would highly recommend working with these two guys at Kolosso!!
