Had my GMC Canyon in for fender repair/replacement and my interaction and the service from estimator Chris Bechtel was outstanding. Quick and detailed on the estimate, the actual repairs took exactly how long he said that they would as he kept me informed of the progress; and he made sure that all was in order. Have dealt with Suttle collision a few prior times and the service estimator make all the difference and Chris was the best so far. And yes, the repairs were done to my satisfaction.
