William, Russ, and Joey were fantastic! I ended up getting the vehicle I needed at thousands less than I expected. We met in the middle at a fair price on my trade in as well. Best purchase experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t size me up based on my military rank either, and didn’t even ask about it until the deal was done and then only used that info to add military rebates to lower the price for me. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!

WOW! Very impressed with the customer service and overall experience at Southern CDJR. We had been in the market for a Ram 1500 for almost a month, 3 times we scheduled an appointment to test drive at different dealers only to have been told the trucks were sold even though we arrived ahead of our appointments. Not a good way of doing business. No matter, something MUCH better was in our future. The final time however we worked with Rupesh and true to his word he was awaiting our arrival along with the truck we wanted to see, a cold drink and offer of a cup of coffee. He was professional, knowledgable and most importantly took time to answer all our questions fully. No pressure to buy from him, the general manager or the finance staff. In fact the time spent there we felt like we were talking with old friends. The truck was even BETTER than we expected and the price was too good to pass on. Couple of speed bumps with the paper work due to our insurance carrier but Rupesh and staff did not let that hold things up they worked with us and bingo we were handed the keys!!!! Finally, a word on our trade in. Even then no issues, I did not get the amount I wanted (I of course was going for top dollar) but they upped their offer to a figure I could live with and that is how business is done. Truly impressed and smiling every time we take our new truck out on the road! Thanks to everyone who helped us to get this ride!
