Thank you Shavon so much for everything. You and your boss got me approve the same day. Shavon is amazing. She had everything waiting for me when I got there. She knew everything about the vehicle. Her coworkers are amazing as well. Great atmosphere. Looking forward working with her and the team again. If you need a vehicle run don’t walk and ask for Shavon she will get you what you want.

Was looking at a vehicle and was given a Carfax saying there was no accidents/damage reported when there's clear damage to the front passenger side and a nearly bald tire from bad alignment that they apparently say passes the special inspection they do. I missed these things until I brought my husband to look at it. The dealer should update Carfax with visible evidence of damage. And replace the tire... This could be a hazard to someone inexperienced driving it without knowledge of the damage.

Waste of time. I inquired online about 1 very specific car. I received a phone call early the next morning about that car. I told the lady I only wanted to come in Ave discuss trade options if that car was available to test drive we set a noon appointment. I drove 30 minutes to this location for them to say the following statements: Does it have to be a charger? I have a real nice 300 right there. The car you were looking at is not at this location. Let's work up some numbers and I can see about getting that car here. Its being worked in a deal right now but it doesn't look like it's going to go thru. I will never go recommend them. I'm a sales person myself. Just be straight with me. That's all I wanted on my Saturday.

Editing my review bc I want to make this simple and to the point. I purchased a 2018 model in 2019 a month after my wheel lining blew off while I was driving and subsequently since purchasing this vehicle I have had numerous other issues. My previous vehicle was over 10 years old and I didn’t even have this many issues back to back. Either buy a warranty or get a new vehicle if u can or be prepared to be getting repairs every few months.
