Had a great experience with Mike buying my truck. He was up front about the cost, and small repairs needed on the vehicle, and willing to work with me after the sale. Wasn't over-charged, and it all felt fair and transparent. The warranty they offered came in handy for me. I'd buy another from them. Cheers Mike.

I bought a 2011 Honda CR-V on May 2026 with Driver's Choice and during the test drive, it drove fine, but while driving back home and on the same day I purchased the car, I noticed the pedals vibrating around 50 mph. It then escalated to vibration on the steering wheel. I notified Driver's Choice immediately and while I do recognize that the car's are sold as is, they had reassured me that, should there be major issues coming right out of the lot, they would do what they can to help me. They mentioned that they've replaced a transmission for one of their customers so I figured my issue wouldn't be that bad comparatively. The tires were in abysmal condition so Driver's Choice replaced the tires but that did not end up fixing the issue. I returned the car to them and they had a shop check it and unfortunately, they found no issues with the car. I then asked if one of their salesman could test drive the car on the highway to see if I could get their opinion on the shaking and he agreed that it was violent shaking. They took the car back and their shop found a discrepant caliper and brake line that had collapsed. Unfortunately, that also did not fix the issue and upon pressing the dealership to take another look, they basically said they're out of profit to fix the car. I was stunned by this. So I took the car to another shop to really find out what's going on. The shop I went to immediately found the problem, unbalanced tires and two bent wheels on the front. Balancing the tires alone made the car feel way better and when I told the mechanic that Driver's Choice tried to find the problem twice, his face said it all. However, that's not even the worst part. He found that the rear differential was in really bad condition and it is very apparent when reversing, of which Driver's Choice downplayed by saying that all AWD cars feel like that when reversing. My mechanic informed me that it could cost upwards of 4500 to replace and that not replacing it could be dangerous as the rear wheels could seize if the rear differential breaks down. Based off this experience, I can only conclude one of two things, they're either negligent in accurately understanding the condition of their cars OR they're aware of these issues and still sell the cars anyway with the promise of no processing fee. I'm not sure which is worse. However, I was grateful for the fixes they did perform but at the end of the day, they sold the car to me in what was objectively an unsafe condition and they should have already addressed these issues prior to selling. The owner himself even said that the tires shouldn't have passed inspection and yet the car was up for sale. I will take this as a very expensive lesson learned, take the car to the highway. Additionally, do not believe them when they say they will take care of you. Take the warranty, their promise means nothing. That load of bull of them replacing a transmission for one of their customers was clearly a lie. I've attached pictures of the tires and their condition in which they were trying to sell. These guys are no different from random sellers on Facebook Marketplace. Better off looking elsewhere.

Buyer Beware!! My daughter bought a van here for her young family. She drove it for 200 miles and it broke down. She had it towed and discovered that she needed a new transmission. A difficult lesson to learn. If you buy from Drivers Choice you should have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic.

Couldn't even get out of the car to look at a vehicle. Just b/c my mom wanted to grab something from next door while I looked they made us leave. We even explained that I wanted to look and she told him I was interested in buying and he said he wasn’t going to help me. Mind you we were never rude or anything and they watched us from behind the building before a man drove up to us and told us to leave. The building was barely lit and they honestly looked closed, but before I could check the man rudely made us leave. Y’all have a 3 and a couple points of a star you could use the business but now I see why you cant get it.

Took my daughter here to look at a vehicle. I walked next door to grab a drink while she walked the lot because the inside was vacant, open sign barely lit, and there were no salespeople in the lot. She gets out to look at a vehicle we were discussing (Ford Focus) and a Caucasian man pulls up in a vehicle telling us we can’t park there and he refused to show my daughter any vehicles. I do not recommend.
