Smooth purchase, team was very knowledgeable of all features on vehicle & didn’t pressure me which had been an issue in the past at other dealers, very satisfied with the car & Casey Kia a week in. When washing the car they noticed some scratches in a plastic piece below the rear window. They went ahead booked an appointment and the part will be replaced this week. That goes along way with me in trusting that I’ll be well taken care of in the future when I bring the car in for service, they could easily blown that repair off & I probably wouldn’t have noticed it for awhile.
