Was treated great by the staff at southern jeep Newport News, friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to test drive multiple vehicles and drove off the lot in a new rubicon. Couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and ease of the purchasing process. Our sales guy Adam was awesome very diligent when it came to getting the right jeep. Rating: 10/10 (If I could give higher, I would) ​After having horrible experiences at the Hampton and Chesapeake dealerships, I was ready to give up on Dodge service altogether. This Newport News location was the last chance I was giving the brand, and I am so glad I did. This shop is the gold standard for the 757. ​Shelley Thompson was the lead on my case and she is an absolute professional. Not only was she respectful and in constant contact with me, but she also went above and beyond on the pricing, even removing certain items to ensure I got the best deal possible. Also sent pictures throughout the entire process. Lovell Hyman was also fantastic—whenever Shelley wasn't immediately available, Lovell stepped right in without missing a beat. Very professional and respectful employee. ​For any performance car owner, the biggest fear is how your vehicle will be treated. They treated my Scat Pack Widebody with the respect she deserves, keeping it in a secured lot rather than a junk lot or leaving it out in the elements. ​The technical work was flawless. Replacing a flare and panel on a Widebody is a sensitive, difficult job that only real professionals should touch, and they nailed it. My car looks amazing now, they even fixed the curb rash on my wide rims and they look perfect now. ​I’ve dealt with being overcharged and having my car left in unsecured lots for a month in the snow at other locations—but not here. I have no personal relationship with anyone at this shop; I simply took a chance based on an online search, and I’m glad I did. If you want professional work in an industry where that is becoming hard to find, go see Shelley and Lovell. They have earned my business for life.

Got an oil change on 1/17/26 at 10:45am. At 5PM I was smelling oil from the hood. We popped it and found out that the cap was never placed back and oil had spit up onto the inside of the hood. Checked the oil stick and it was a little above a quart low.

Absolutely awful experience over six weeks of them having my truck their parts they replaced they charged thousands for fell off my vehicle gas dumping out of my vehicle had three tows back to the dealership after it left me and my family stranded several times they put me in three rentals paid for by them I just received my vehicle back for the 4th time I was told it was good to go and in less then 24hrs it shut off and is doing the same exact thing it was doing before when it initially went in. I cannot get anyone on the phone now on a holiday weekend. I would not recommend anyone to go here if their life depended on it. The service department is a complete joke service writers telling me I had back yard mechanics who were master techs that diagnosed it because they didn’t work for their dealership when there techs misdiagnosed it and their parts fell off my car multiple times!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
