I debated reviewing Dino since, well, he’s my son! I didn’t want it to seem like I was padding his stats. 😉 That said, it genuinely makes me proud to watch him thrive in a field he’s both passionate about and critical of. Dino’s character is defined by honesty and integrity. He’s been enthusiastic about anything with a motor—especially cars—since he was a little boy. This means that when you work with him, he either already has the knowledge to answer your questions or will take the time to acquire it, always keeping your best interests at heart. I recently purchased an Ionic 5, and Dino walked me through every detail. He explained all the technology and answered every question I had. I normally loathe car shopping, but this was by far my best experience. (Yes, I’m biased!) A shout-out to Tanner, one of the managers, as well. He worked his magic to get the exact color and trim I wanted, even arranging to bring the car in from Colorado. Highly recommend this team—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring.

I’m a little late on this because I bought my vehicle in March, but I worked closely with Tanner Sheldon and Seth Durfee and they made it super easy. It’s my first time getting my own car but they reassured any anxiety I had and was even friendly and helpful with my 9 year old, who never runs out of energy. They followed up with me after I had the car to make sure there were no problems and to let me provide feedback. We were very happy with the service we got from our salesman, Mason Cook. We feel he was honest, straight forward and totally fair. After we had our new car a week, we came back in and there was a small mix up somewhere in service department where they installed the wrong floor mats, but as soon as we contacted Mason, he found the right mats and corrected the issue. Great service and got my first car (used) in budget! Awesome experience and Matthew really helped us out on getting really good deals on a used but nice hybrid car. Matthew and O’Neal were very nice and helped to get everything done as quick as possible since we came way out of town. Definitely recommend going here and seeing Matthew.
