We really appreciated how transparent and helpful everyone was throughout the entire process. When we noticed a crack in the windshield and a scratch that needed to be buffed out, they immediately offered to fix everything completely free before we even drove the vehicle off the lot. That level of customer service says a lot about how they treat their customers. One thing we appreciated most was that when we said we weren’t interested in purchasing the extra warranties, they completely respected our decision. I have bought two cars from Autolocity so far. Both cars have been basically brand new for a substantial discount. Never had issues with either. Our salesman have always been great, no haggling, no pressure, no nagging. Keys in my hand super quick and pain free. Thanks Joe for the awesome car!

Avoid this place at all cost. Got a truck who’s paint it’s pealing off, transmission slips, dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree, motor oil looked like nobody has changed it in years. I got it delivered to another state so you know these people just took full advantage of me the same way they’ll take advantage of you. That’s without including the fact these people registered the truck in a different state ,radio doesn’t work (back camera doesn’t work since the screen doesn’t) and some plastic inside the truck came cracked or broken. Edit. Now they are lying on Google saying that I bought a 2004 jeep when I ACTUALLY got a 2023 f150. Like I said !!!!!!AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
