DON'T GO HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A VETERAN... They'll spam your information. Here's the story. I came to test drive a car. The employee Payton P. Said I'll need a copy of your license and pay stub. It went to requesting more information. I'll need your place of residence, and a 2nd pay stub. Hmm. OK. Now this is just to test drive? Yes. OK. I'll need to run your credit.... For a test drive??? I told you you need an application to test drive... no you did not.... delete my information. Now you're recording me. No I'm not. I'm calling the police. You need to leave. Go ahead, you need to delete my information. May I talk to your supervisor, he walk out on me, and told the police that I didn't want to leave and does not know why... lies... he didn't want to delete my information. They are going to take your information and sell it to other companies is the reason why he won't delete my information. The police came and talked to me and said that I'll be trespassing if I don't leave. If I get spammed you know why.

I had the absolute worst experience with payton and honestly the whole company. I have been trying to get a car with them for 4 day. I have been trasnfered more times than i have actually gotten to speak to anyone. The manager conveniently is never there, and somehow it rakes over 3 days to get a tire on a vehicle, and communicate that it is ready. I was looking forward to upgrading my car, and i thought jake at the west valley location was great. But i won't buy a car from a company that dodges customers for 3 days, and lacks basic communication skills. Ive bought a lot of cars and worked quiet a few different dealerships, and never in my life have i felt this ignored and jacked around. I really wish it was a better experience.

We got a car and it was way over priced. We mentioned a couple things wrong with the car and the salesman stated it was covered in the warranty… after a couple days the check engine light came on and now the issue “isn’t covered in the warranty.” I took the car in to the service dept and the lady there said she would check with management on fixing the issues since we just got the car… haven’t heard from her still. My husband changed jobs so his pay day changed… if you don’t pay within a couple days (they count weekends even though there’s no way to get assistance on weekends or holidays) they threaten to turn the car off. They are aware that my husbands phone doesn’t have service where he works. They’ve been given my number and his work number to call. Yesterday he goes to get in his car (the day after Memorial Day) and his car won’t start. They called 1 time to his personal number that doesn’t work, did not call my number or his work number, they are aware his payment date changed… we always pay and he was stranded up in bfe Morgan. The guy we spoke to was no help. Do not go through this company! They are a headache, they only care about money, they are not there to help you. The only reason you see good reviews is cause they give you a $50 gas card to post a good review.
