Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I left my 2016 Ford Explorer here because it was making noises and having some issues. They kept my vehicle for an entire week, and no one clearly told me beforehand that I would be charged $185 for a diagnostic. If I had known, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else. What made it even more frustrating is that after paying for the diagnostic, I never received an actual diagnostic report or a clear explanation of what was causing the problem. Instead, I was simply given a list of parts they said needed to be replaced, including a transmission cooler line, TPMS sensor, transmission fluid, and tires. A list of parts is not the same as a proper diagnosis explaining what was inspected, what tests were performed, and why those repairs were necessary. I bought this vehicle through another location of the same dealership group, so I expected better customer service and better communication. My biggest issue is the lack of transparency. Customers should be informed of diagnostic fees before any work begins, and if they’re paying for a diagnostic, they should receive a clear explanation of the findings—not just a list of parts to replace. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
