The very first car they had me test drive, I fell in love with—and I drove it home that same night. As a 22-year-old woman walking into a dealership not knowing what to expect, I can honestly say I was very well taken care of. Mark went above and beyond to meet every one of my needs. We even talked about our common lifestyles, and it genuinely felt like I had known him forever—like working with a trusted family friend. Aizlyn was also amazing. She made sure my car was fully detailed, filled up my gas tank, and even gave me her personal phone number so I could reach out with any questions. Nate in finance was absolutely incredible. When my loan application initially came back with a 23% interest rate, I was overwhelmed and emotional. Even when I was stressed and anxious, Mark and Nate remained calm, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They worked hard and were able to get my interest rate all the way down to 5%, which I am beyond grateful for. I truly can’t thank the entire team enough. Losing faith in axio auto, bought my truck 3/11/26 had 3500$ of things added only item was offered as optional at $996. My 4x4 system needed to be serviced. They said they'd fix that. I didn't take the truck home until 2 days later and wasn't even fixed. Had the truck in my possession only 4 days since then and by the time I got it back was 9 days later. in 2 weeks of owning the vehicle. Which in fact is the cut off time that if I want to return it will be up, the 14 days are up and I didn't have a full 14 days to fully find out if it is a good truck never had a chance to get to check it with my mechanic since he doesnt work weekends. It's flooring me how i hear they (axio auto is amazing) It's not this dealership itself its AXIO. But did find out the tire and wheel on the front drivers side is damaged enough that I'll still have to replace the rim/wheel. It appears to be old damage, since the detailer sprayed wet look over the old damage. Im sure I'll have to pay that out of pocket cause I didn't and they didnt want to say it or notice it when I bought it. ANYHOW.... I know the truck didn't come from their lot but it came from another axio lot that should have fixed the issues before allowing it to be sold. The axio auto Ogden has been good to help me out by giving me a small car that i dont fit in then needing a truck and they gave me a truck w/o a tow hitch. It's been a frustrating 11 days To fix the 4wd system. Then had another system give me a warning only 12 hrs after i picked it up. The truck was good for the 4days ive had it I actually drove it. Corban was helpful and good for a young salesman. The truck they knew nothing about they did bring it to their dealership to get the sale. But couldn't tell me much other than the carfax. AXIO automotive needs to better communicate. The finance guy in ogden won't tell you that you can deny any options he just adds the optional items as contractual items. He even told me I had 14 days to return the truck. Yet I had a manager (M**k) tell me that's only until it's financed yet what dealership releases a vehicle if it's not financed. Plus I was never given a chance to tell him who I preferred to finance it thru. But I was told I could finance it thru any one. Including my actual bank. Yet they financed it thru another one for me. Floors me... finance was the worst there, vague and never told everything was optional.
