Enjoyed dealing with them. They were friendly, nice but most important they were honest with me in all our dealings. Would strongly recommend talking to them if you are interested in buying a used car or truck.
These guys were great! We have been looking for a jeep wrangler for a while and came across these guys. Purchase was quick and easy. I would recommend these guys who are in the market for a (new to you) car.
I’m Nicole’s daughter everything they are saying is not true. Wouldn’t even give us the emissions papers. I have several documents from several mechanics stating that the part was never replaced. Whatever warranty you have in isn’t for her car. You document paperwork clear codes and are completely dishonest. Our experience here was beyond terrible. You never made it right. You tried to charge us to fix it after she signed a contract saying you would replace it. We are more than happy to post the pictures and the several documents from the mechanics on here if you’d like. But please don’t misrepresent the situation. Take accountability and fix the problem. That’s what people are suppose to do.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! READ THE REVIEWS! They sold me car that they cleared the codes on but the check engine light went on before I even left the dealership. I signed a contract that they would fix it. So I took it back to be fixed they put 300 miles on the car and never fixed the problem. Went to get my oil changed had them do a full inspection turns out they never replaced the part, put a sealant on and changed a bolt so that it looked like they did. I had several mechanics look at it just to make sure. Even had my mechanic call telling them that it was never replaced. Told me they'd replace it again but I had to pay them 500$. And then ghosted me. Since I signed a contract saying they would replace the part and never did, im able to to do something about it in court, but based on the comments from people in similar situations they didn't get so lucky. Im $15000 in on the car with another $5000 in repairs. THEY CLEAR CODES. Complete crooks. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. PLEASE READ ALL COMMENTS. Several people have this experience.
My wife purchased a 2015 GMC 2500HD Denali last year and everything is great the first day but the next day check engine light was on. After seeing their reviews I wish I would have run a code scanner on it. Pretty damn sure codes were cleared before we looked at it!
