These guys have helped my friends, and family since I started coming here back in 2012/The last decade of living here in Ogden. They make the process easy, have a wide range of all makes, models, and years in a very spacious open clean dealer lot. Inside, the atmosphere is relaxed, and all the dealers/employees are very hard at work and have a respectable attitude

I have to say at first i was skeptical, anyone would be with an offer that high at a dealership. I have to admit i even turned them down a couple times because I didn't trust what was being said. i finally decided to go in to see what they had to offer. My car was appraised and a top dollar amount was offered to me. I was very happy with the offer which was self sale price!! seriously this never happens, ever! so my husband and i went together to sign the deal and sure enough we were given a bill of sale and 4 short days later (deal was Friday so weekend pushed a little) I was given a equity check. I now have a brand new car and i couldn't be more happy. Customer service was excellent, i worked with Melissa, Mike and Edward. All 3 were awesome to work with. I know individual results will vary but i was overall happy with the full experience and I received a fair offer for my car! I would and have recommended them to friends.

Austin made finding the car we wanted such an easy experience. He asked questions and what we were looking for and didn’t stop until we were happy. He was so patient and even welcomed our little doggies on the journey! We are very thankful for Austin and would recommend working with him to anyone.

I rented a Car from Avis to drive from Eugene, Oregon to Ogden Utah. Upon returning the car, full of gas and well within my rental agreement window; I was informed that the Avis representative had quit, but that the car would be processed as returned. I received a text alert 3 days later that my car was overdue. upon calling to rectify the matter I was given a case number and was told that it takes 5-7 days to resolve. I have now received another notification that my rental vehicle is 5 days overdue. Upon calling again to attempt to rectify that matter I was met with contempt on the phone, and told to be patient. Avis has dismal customer service, and a completely non function return system. If you need to rent a car, and Avis is your only option: consider walking.

We first purchased from Avis last September, and had a wonderful experience with Jason Poulson. We still love the car, and still felt like we got the deal we deserved. We are super happy with that purchase. However, unfortunately I can’t say the same about my second go around experience with Avis. Upon them calling to check in and make sure we’re good, I am informed the salesman John that we were interested in buying a second vehicle, but the numbers may not work. We knew that it would be a tough situation to make it work, but upon discussions with the salesman, we were promised that it could work and that we would get top dollar for a trade-in and that the manager would pay big time money to get our vehicle that we were trading him. I was told he has 20 years in the business could make magic happen, He made it seem like this would be a great deal. Unfortunately the exact opposite happened, we were given a very insulting trading offer, and there was no negotiation for price on the vehicle we were looking at. While I understand this is out of my control, and the salesman’s, it is very frustrating to be told one thing to get you hooked in on their time and to be brought in, only to be very disappointed with something that was not real. Big waste of my time, I was told up and down that it would work out and that they were hungry, however when it came down to the end of the deal, they weren’t willing to work with us at all, and pretty much told us to pound sand. I’m not upset about the fact we didn’t get the vehicle, I’m just upset that we were told one thing and promised many things, and when it came right down to it It seems like none of those were held true. I was told many things on the phone before the sale that they would take care of with a vehicle, however even upon inspection the story seemed to change with the salesman, and he then claimed that it would all depend on the book value. Complete opposite of what I was told the previous day on the phone. I don’t like my time being wasted just to help someone’s numbers and be disappointed. The salesman at any dealership are the experts and should know these things when they get the information before they loop you in and make you come to the dealership check the vehicles out only to tell you there’s nothing that they can do. Stop lying to customers to get them reeled in.
