Bought a car from them for my daughter. The salesman was ok but the car ended up not being ok it had transmission problems not even 24hrs later. They offered to get it serviced which is basically change the transmission oil and told me that it would help it. So after a couple of days and me bugging them they finally had it done and we still had issues. They did offer a few dollars towards the VERY expensive repair but I still feel more could have been done. Now I have to come up with all the rest of the money to fix car. So 2 stars for the little that was done. MAKE SURE TO HAVE CAR LOOKED AT BY MECHANIC is was told codes were reset

I bought a car from them in the description it said there were no issues. I asked them why they were selling such a loaded car for so cheap. They said it was because of how high the miles were. I test drove the car and it ran pretty decent. I bought the car. I didn’t even make it home before the check Engine light came on. Took it back to them. They ran a diagnostic on it said it was the thermostat not opening all the way and then it would cost $150 for them to fix it. I took it to my mechanic he said it would cost 300 for the thermostat. they were only willing to give me $150 reimbursement. So I had my mechanic fix it. My mechanic pulled out piece of a thermostat that was in there enough to make it not overheat. They have had to have known. Explains why they were selling the car for so cheap. Unfortunately, I fell for that. I would highly recommend not buying a vehicle from them.

For a dealership they are the easiest one I've ever worked with, and I've bought a lot of cars. Edit: At first I thought everything was chill. Certain things I didnt like, like I pulled in and the manager was playing tonsil hockey with a girl in the parking lot but I let it slide. They also did not send the title like they said they would until I had to call them multiple times and get on them before they actually sent it to me. I even offered to go pick it up because they said it was in salt lake so I wouldn't have this exact issue but no... that is too much work for someone to have to deal with to get me the title to my vehicle that I purchased when I purchased it. I even let that slide though. The thing that really gets me though is not even two weeks after buying it the vehicle that seemed to be in very nice condition now just goes into limp mode no matter what. Its showing transmission codes, cat codes, and engine codes. It would be understandable if something came up randomly it is a 2014 suburban I dont expect it to be perfect, but they amount of issues it had very quickly after I purchased it is not a coincidence. They definitely knew it had issues. I didnt even put 1000 miles on it before all of this happened. I now have to go spend thousands of dollars at a shop to get it all fixed. Do not purchase a car from here. You will be wildly disappointed. Unfortunately this dealership is just like the rest, and will do whatever they can to screw you as long as they make some profit.
