I bought this truck from them. It had transmission problems when I bought it. Salesman told me it would be done very fast. They told me it was going to be fixed. It’s been in the shop for a week. My first payment is coming up and I still have not had time to drive it. I would not buy a car from them again
I regret ever doing business with this company. One of my tires blew to shreds on my way to work and I had to pay $220 to get it replaced. I called to see if they can move this payment to the end of my term and the ride manager said that the tire blowing is not their fault and that it’s my responsibility to get it fixed. I didn’t ask for help with the tire in any way and now I’m on hold to speak with someone else. The supposed manager who I spoke with first had no empathy at all and repeatedly talked over me. I hate hate hate this company so much.
DO NOT GO HERE OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOU CAR‼️‼️‼️ My vehicle was sent here for a motor swap and AC fix and was only supposed to take about 2 weeks, well long story short those 2 weeks turned into 5 months and you would think they would return it the way it was sent NO just look at the pictures I linked, they had the finder held up with only 1 screw and it came undone, Thank god nothing serious happened but I hope with my review you take your car somewhere else because these people just don’t care and also they didn’t even put any oil or coolent which was the reason motor blew in the first place so please please take this review as a sign to NOT GO HERE‼️‼️‼️
Rude people. Buy a car with them and after two months I had problems with direction and suspension. their only response from them It was "can take it wherever you want and if you leave it here with us we do not know how long it takes.It can be days, weeks or months ..."what a bad service.
