Just got this lil beauty at Austinite Auto Sales. Gabriella was very patient with me and my dad showing us as many vehicles as it took to meet out expectations. And Sam was pleasant as well. He allowed us to negotiate a price we felt comfortable with and the vehicle drove terrific the entire 3 and half hours back to our city. I got a 2014 Ford Focus SE with the all leather appearance package. But here's the real beauty.... they have 4 more Ford Focus for sale! You can't have mine but you can get your own. I named him Sam Elliot. Sure he's older, but still a sex symbol. And with that 2.0L flexfuel engine he's got a lil gravel in his tone. Love that leather. It's not often you can smell the horsepower when you're zipping around town. Thank you Austinite Auto for making us feel like long lost friends!

Buyers beware please. Before you buy a car from this carlot bring someone to test all vehicles! I purchased a truck From this Carlot and was told that there was nothing wrong with the truck. This Carlot likes to sell real nice fancy vehicles but under the hood they’re really bad so I purchased this truck from the Carlot. They seem to be very nice people but once you have an issue with your vehicle, they turned to be really ugly. The lady in the front desk, she got mad and hung up on me because I was telling her that God don’t like ugly how she mistreated me. I spoke to the owner And he didn’t wanna hear me out at all. I told him that the vehicle was not working, which I purchased the vehicle maybe I think in January , and believe it or not the vehicle still not working I only drove the car for maybe one month I told him that there was a problem with the motor and they did not offer to give me a rental car. They didn’t offer to give me any other cars as soon as I bought the vehicle they told me that they can give me a oil change and was charging me $2000. I know it wasn’t $2000 for an oil change they will want to fix the problem that they already knew was wrong with this truck. Honestly, I purchased a vehicle drove it for a month come to find out if lifters and the camshaft. It’s really bad on this truck guys. I normally don’t do stuff like this but because this is causing me a big penny and it seems like this Carlot does not care about their customers buyers beware please. I’m telling you this because it’s really hard nowadays and to have a Carlot treat a customer like this. It’s very very bad not once Have they called to see is my truck been fixed yet? My truck has been literally sitting in my driveway now for maybe about five months and it’s really unfair. I’ve fixed one thing that I had to fix another thing and fix another thing I’m gonna keep my word because that’s what I do. I signed the contract so I’m still paying on this truck and I will get this truck fixed, but I wanted to let everybody know before you From this Carlot do not buy a car from this Carlot until you check it out thoroughly the owners does not care I repeat do not care of your problems after you sign a contract. I told the owner about his reviews and he told me everyone on there is whining. Wow, we work hard for our money too. All they want is their money thank you so much. This car lots mechanic erases the codes and dont fix the problem. Thats illegal!!

I purchased an Audi from Austinite Auto and was told at the time of sale that there were no issues with the vehicle. After signing the paperwork and taking the car home, the check engine light came on within two days, and the vehicle would not start. After multiple conversations, the dealership agreed to have their mechanic repair the issue. We were initially told the repair would take about a week, but they kept the vehicle for nearly a month. When they finally called us to pick it up, we were informed that the fuel pump and oxygen sensors had been replaced. The most concerning part of this experience is that at no point before the repairs were completed were we provided with an estimate, quote, or authorization request. The first time we were told the cost was after the work had already been performed, when they presented us with a bill for approximately $1,900 and demanded payment in full before releasing the vehicle. We never approved these repairs, never agreed to the cost, and were never given the opportunity to authorize or decline the work beforehand. Being presented with a nearly $2,000 bill after the fact is unacceptable. Between selling a vehicle that immediately developed serious issues and then attempting to charge us for repairs we never authorized, this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution and make sure everything is documented in writing before doing business with this dealership. Due to the circumstances surrounding this transaction and the unauthorized repairs, we are pursuing legal action and taking this matter to court.

Just so happened to be driving by and saw a vehicle that caught my eye. I asked to test drive it and she didn’t want to let me. Maybe bc I’m black? Idk tbh. But their loss. I’ll go spend my 12k with someone else today. *Definitely isn’t any of their business what I arrived in. When I took the vehicle back to them guess what? They didn’t ask where I went or what I did. They asked what I wanted to do 😂 they offer extended test drives for a reason. The point of an extended test drive is to see if I want to buy the vehicle and not be rushed. Like I said I was passing by and saw a vehicle I was interested in which could’ve been a sale for YOU had I test drove and decided I liked your vehicle. What would I want to stop and test drive a vehicle there with you for ? Just to do it ??? But have a nice day.

False advertising! Bait and switch pricing, so buyer beware. The price will be inflated at least $1000 more. In addition to the tax, title and license, there's additional "fees" that make absolutely no sense. Will tell you to pay the inflated price now because the price you saw online for the past couple of weeks was "only for today". This dealership will deny the price that's clearly shown online, even if you pull it up on your phone. I doubt the positive reviews were written by real customers. Beware!!!
