Came in back in November spoke with Noe and let him know exactly what my wife and I where looking for With the exact payment we wanted and the down we had. He found us a vehicle we loved and wanted. No hassle financing we left within a couple hours with a new vehicle. Even gave us a full tank of gas. Now back here in January 27 and picking up a new truck. Customer service is excellent and transparency. Great service and prices.

I was shopping for a car for my (newly licensed) 16 year old daughter. I looked at numerous vehicles with very mixed results from other dealerships. Finally i discovered E & E Motors - El Paisano and what a difference. They were all very friendly and professional. We got a really great deal on our car and we could not be more pleased. I would particularly recommend Nathalie and Elsa they were both terrific. I would highly recommend this company!

Perfect customer service all the staff is really friendly I left three hours away from the dealership and they did everything online. Perfect customer service of the girls in the office are friendly. Just a perfect place to purchase your vehicle and I was in and out within an hour and also got the vehicle that I wanted.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with E&E Motors regarding a vehicle we currently have with them. For months, I have not been given consistent updates and have had to repeatedly call just to get basic information. Each time I am able to reach someone, I speak with Elisa, and I am told the same thing every time—that she is waiting on an answer from her boss. Despite following up multiple times over an extended period, there has been no real progress or clear communication. Most recently, when I called for another update, I was no longer able to speak with Elisa directly. Instead, I was transferred to someone else who spoke to me in a very unprofessional and aggressive manner, and the call ended with them hanging up on me. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated delays without updates, and unprofessional customer service have made this a very disappointing experience.
