Will not recommend! Purchased a vehicle motor started knocking bot even in an hour. Returned got another one and that one in 2hrs transmission was giving up. Returned it and got money back never experienced anything like this. No Bueno!! RAM SILVERADO

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!! I would walk or take an uber/lyft everyday before I would ever buy another vehicle from Third Coast. They do not have a clue what’s wrong with these vehicles nor do they care, they will approve you for or sell you whatever to get your money. We bought a 2018 Chevy Suburban TWO MONTHS AGO, put 5k down, have paid an additional $600 in payments and it is now going BACK in the shop for the 6th time! First week after buying it the check engine light came on, the oil level was at 30% and the windshield washer fluid kept saying empty after refilling it three times. Took it to their very unprofessional mechanic shop where you can’t get anything done without dropping the car off for an entire day knowing that they do not provide loaner vehicles. He put it on the machine and said “Oh it just needs to be reset!” (Which I have NEVER heard before in my life and I have several mechanics in my family in my home state including my Dad). He wouldn’t even tell us what code it was giving before he rushed to reset it. He just kept saying all it needed was to be reset. He reset the engine light and took it to do the oil change. When it was ready there was still no washer fluid. He added some, we drive one stop light down and the washer fluid said low again. We pulled over and there was washer fluid pouring out the back driver side of the vehicle underneath the gas tank. We took it back. He told us we would have to bring it back the next week and drop it off again because the entire hose needed to be replaced. During the next week the vehicle started feeling like there was a misfire when idling. We took it back that following Monday, they fixed the washer hose and said that the rough idle was simply the fuel injector needed to be cleaned and they did that. Car ran fine for about a week-week and a half and it went back to rough idling and no matter how much fuel you put in it or how far you drive, it will say the fuel level fluctuates all over the place. If you go over a speed bump at more than 2mph the fuel level bottoms out and the dash will say low fuel level. We called the dealership and the shop and both were very rude and unhelpful especially the manager (Felipe) at the dealership. Now they said our vehicle warranty expired and of course all we were told was we have to drop it off for a few days again. This is our only vehicle and we are working parents. The car has issues starting now. We just replaced the battery after having to have it jumped multiple times and we are STILL having issues with it starting. Now it will only start if it is in Neutral. A different mechanic is saying the fuel pump is bad and that Third Coast mechanics knew that when they “cleaned the fuel injectors” and possibly now the transmission range sensor. Also, the radio and touchscreen (infotainment) system has gone black and will not come back on. We will ABSOLUTELY be seeking legal action!

Missed 3 sales and lost my business because of poor customer service. Insurance verification process is a joke. Why should I have to talk to YOUR insurance dept. I used to be able to come to the building to give my info. Because of the hassle yall are making and the fact yall starting to sneak in extra amounts on my payment I won’t be back. Gladly taking my money elsewhere. I hope THIRD COAST AUTO understands they lost a good customer!
