Friendly service and extremely helpful with buying options to suit your needs. Process was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car without dealing with big car dealers.

The best little family owned car lot I've been to in a many years . They sold me a great little Toyota Tacoma. When I was shopping for a truck they had another little truck that I wanted. There was a little confusion about me putting it on hold and they sold it while I was out of town before I could get there. So they ended up giving me a newer truck with less miles the required a larger down payment for the same exact down payment I was gonna put on the other truck. This was not something I had to ask for or beg for, when the young lady realized What had happened (an easy overlook) she automatically offered me the the better truck for the lower down payment. Can't say enough good about them. I really appreciate them.

I got a 2005 Toyota Camry from them and it started giving problems so gave them a call and they said no problem we will exchange it for another car in our lot ended out coming out with a 2009 Chevy impala. I Have Been A Custmor With PE Autos For 4 Years Now. I Have Bought 3 Cars From Them. They Have Very Good Customer Service. They Also Work With You With Making Payments For The Car & Also Getting It Fix. I Have Yet To Have A Bad Experience With Them. When Something Went Wrong With The Car They Would Fix It As Soon As Possible. I Recommend You Try Them Out.

My fiancé and i sat outside with our child waiting for someone to help us. the “boss” was in the back working on whatever but nobody else was here. We were told to come and pick up the car we were supposed to be financing just for us to sit and wait for almost 5 HOURS. someone else who worked there drove in and asked if we needed help, we replied yes we just need to finalize our payment and pick up our car. we asked him if he was that person and he just said no and then drove to the back where the boss was. we kept being told that someone was coming or that they were two minutes away. We called everyone we could to try and pick up our car and never got the chance to. Extremely unprofessional to have your “boss” sitting in the back and not helping the customers who were supposed to be financing a car from you. if i could rate it with no stars, i would.
