I was traveling from North Carolina to New York to help care for my grandparents and celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday when the start-stop warning light came on in my vehicle. Being hundreds of miles from home, I immediately worried that my car might break down and leave me stranded before I could reach my family. From the moment I arrived, Shannon and Dave treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. They understood the situation and made me feel like more than just another customer. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, and it helped turn a very stressful situation into a reassuring one. I also want to recognize Frank Beader, the technician who worked on my vehicle. Knowing that someone took the time to thoroughly inspect and repair my car gave me confidence to continue my trip safely. When you're far from home and worried about making it to family, that peace of mind means everything. Thank you Dave Grover, Service Manager, and the General Manager, for leading a team that clearly cares about both the quality of their work and the people they serve. Straightforward, responsive, and zero typical dealership sales pressure from start to finish. He took the time to answer every question, stayed transparent on the numbers, and made sure the entire process was smooth. Outstanding customer service—I’d work with Chaylor again in a heartbeat.

I own my own landscaping business and for the first time waited until last minute to get my truck fixed. I called in and made an appointment for my valve cover gasket and driver exhaust manifold to be replaced and they set it for a Tuesday morning. I dropped it off a day early at 12:30 pm. I was notified an hr later that the truck went through inspection and I needed another part replaced. They quoted me to have the truck finished and picked up the next day. 3 hrs later I got a call saying the truck was ready for pickup. Full replacement of manifold, steering rod and valve cover seal in under 4 hrs exceeded my expectations. This was the first time using this place and I will be going back. They didn’t know me but made me feel like I was top priority. Maybe it was me explaining I need the truck for work and can’t afford for it to be down long or they are just that good. Highly recommend this place !

If I could give zero stars I would! Bought a car Thursday by Friday I had to have it towed there not 24 hours of having the car.. now they are saying pretty much good luck, I believe they sold us a lemon and are untrustworthy, salesman never introduced himself by name and the whole experience so far has been a zero out of 10 ! Be weary 😒

had an absolutely awful experience at this facility . On Monday, I called them because my car had to been towed—it wasn’t starting, no power at all. They said the earliest appointment was Tuesday at 1 p.m., and I agreed since I needed my car. Today, Tuesday, they still haven’t looked at it. The advisor said they didn’t have time—the one technician for hybrids had four other cars ahead of mine and would get to it by Wednesday. My car has been dead, sitting outside. The advisor also lied, saying it was charging, but when I asked if they actually charged it, she admitted they hadn’t—so they just flat-out lied about that. To make matters worse, they now sent me a $1,000 estimate after I called to confirm it. The advisor himself said the battery test was free, based on the coupon online So why am I being charged $180 when the technician just went outside and tested it? This whole process has been a complete lie—no transparency, no follow-through. I will never return and strongly advise everyone to stay away from this dealership.”
